Occasional dogs bark from opposite street during late nights and early mornings. Would be nice if the restaurant serves dinner for convenience.

Over charging for every small thing and we weren’t even given a second card so it wasn’t practical for us to enter or leave our room

The vibe for this hotel is amazing, Simple, luxurious and organized. The settle bus should be more regular. The way back sometimes did not arrive.

The bed and suite comfort. Nice bathroom and good towels. Nice cozy stylish home feel. Excellent views. Large closet and makeup table. No movies like Netflix or Amazon pay per view. No room service.

Modern, well-designed hotel with very spacious and very clean rooms. The pool and outdoor areas are also nice and enjoyable. The hotel location is not close to most key attractions, requiring 20-40 minute taxi rides. While the staff is friendly and helpful, their English proficiency could be improved, which occasionally made communication less smooth. Additionally, the air conditioning is too strong even on the lowest setting, but overall not a bit issue.

Rooms can be quite noisy depending on which one you get & there were electrical issues in two rooms I stayed in. TVs don't work. Bottled water should be limitless (or more than 2 bottles per day).

Located in 7 minutes bike ride from EmQuartier it's convenient enough to get around the area however if you decide to walk it might take 15-20 minutes to get to coffee shops and snack spots. Amazing and friendly staff, clean and new hotel, a nice pool and a clean gym. Bonus point: you can get good coffee in a coffee joint in the lobby.

I arrived on the 10th and was recovering during my stay, so comfort and peace were very important to me. The team was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made sure I had a very comfortable room and were always helpful and respectful throughout. The hotel itself is beautiful ,modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable, and everything feels functional and thoughtfully designed. For the level of comfort and service, the value is excellent. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location was not very convenient. Also, the staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Another issue was that we were not provided with proper water every day during our stay, which was disappointing.

The staff were amazing - especially Bee & Cucumber who went out of their way to accommodate me (thank you again)! I stayed here in January & the service left much to be desired, but this new team is incredible. The rooms are spacious & gorgeous and the pool and outside seating areas are great. Noise travels easily in the rooms so you can often hear guests beside you intermittently. I had requested a quiet room but was given a room by their family suites so it sounded like living next to (and underneath) elephants at night. I was relocated and the next room was WAY better - so depends on the room.

It was modern and updated. Shower pressure was great! The walls are very thin. We could hear the guests next door talking at a normal level.
