Nothing No proper cleaning , not good food option, rude restaurant staff. Old bad toilets,

Location is not bad, but not ideal. If you want a quiet hotel away from the craziness of Sukhumvit rush, location is just about 10 minutes walk from the busy and entertaining main road, yet a few nice restaurants are around and a good Thai massage salon just across the street. Hotel is old and the few pics on the hotel site that look nice are renovated but the price is double. the regular room is with old furniture, mould, and needs serious repairs. The bed is pretty firm but personally I like it this way. Breakfast is not great containing a lot of Asian food which I am not found of. The staff barely speaks English with a few exceptions and they are elder people that seem pretty unhappy with their job and they very rarely smile. The bellboy was a great exception being super friendly and nice. The room is very old with broken parquet, mould, hallway corridor has a carpet that smells mould and the walls are full of mould. Door locks use an ancient card that is only one per room. If needed and extra one you will be provided a physical key. The wall between rooms are very thin and you can literally hear everything your neighbor is doing, and considering the national sport in Bangkok being adult centered a lot transcends through the walls. We advise you to get 10th floor (renovated floor) or 16 floor for non renovated but at least it is high e Pugh to not hear the street noise (especially if you get a room with a view on the back side of the hotel.

Good location, 7/11 outside hotel, motorbikes to take you into town but only 5 min walk really to BTS Phrompong. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Good gym and sauna and monthly packages available to make it decent deal. Fully recommend Nothing

Location is really convenient, just a short walk from BTS Phromphong. A lot of cafes and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. Bed was comfy. It looks a bit outdated but not a problem given the competitive price

The Gym was the best part of the hotel. Both the facilities and the friendly staff. Thank you to Kun Jim. Breakfast was just ok. Noise level could be managed if hotel front desk kept the tours bundled together in one floor. I was sandwiched between rooms booked to a big tour and they were very loud, shouting across the hallway to each other down the aisle. When I spoke to one of them nicely trying to explain what they were doing didn't reflect well on their country of origin, one of them passed by and barked at me saying "this is the XXXXX way" (XXXXX being their culture which I won't mention here). The tours seemed to keep coming very frequently during my stay. Finally, the first room they gave me was not as clean as I would have expected. I saw stains in the bed and left over garbage at the trash bin but they were nice enough to change the room right away after I asked.

I don’t know why but I love it, this old but clean and cute professional hotel has a soul. People working there do their job well. The few coffee, street vendors around are very very good, spa massage not so far. I would say it’s a bit hard to move east or west as roads in this area are not connected horizontally. Laundry is excessively expensive and you have to write down yourself the number of each and everything. Just do a price per KG, a bit higher that your neighbors, and an option for dry cleaning for expensive items, but I can’t pay 5$ for a t-shirt! The shower needs its “silicon joints” changed, it’s cheap and easy to do, it’s easier than cleaning the black mold.

It has all you need, the pool is great, the gym is pretty good and satisfying. The staff are really nice and helpful. The bed was not comfortable to me but besides that everything was great

The shower was moldy and the water temperature kept changing from very hot to cold during the shower

The Breakfast Buffet was excellent. Everyone at the Front Desk was courteous and helpful. I enjoyed talking to Mr. Ai when I came back to the hotel in the evening. The staff did an excellent job cleaning the room each morning. Some of the panels on the floor need replacing. I didn’t like the bath tub for showering as I have artificial knees and there were no grab bars on the wall which I had to be very careful not to fall or slip.

There was no shuttle bus to the center or airport even though it was advertised on the website.

Nothing Old property. Almost everything was broken from tables in the room, old carpet, mattress was like brick, odour in the room, even the key holder slot in the room was broken.
