Breakfast was excellent. Wide assortment of food choices, all delicious and abundant. Staff was very attentive fulfilling all requests. While the room was comfortable, convenient and clean… I was disappointed to learn you need to specify all room needs. Unfortunately I was put in a handicap room, the only inconvience was the handicap shower.

Fantastic place - I loved the spa area, the outdoor pool area, and the coworker spaces. The breakfast buffet is great too. Really everything was wonderful. I could see myself staying here for months on end. I also love how they have laundry in-unit. That's huge. The only problem we had was the wifi has a little popup to login rather than just a password so sometimes this didn't work with some of our devices. Our smart TV in our bedroom didn't connect to the internet either. We asked for someone to fix it but they never did. It wasn't a big deal, we were only there for a week.

Good location. Very clean. Nice co-working area and outside area with pool. Gym was better than average hotel gym. Breakfast was ok, but not more.

The room was extremely good, swimming pool and gym were top notch but the best part of our stay were the staff, who were magnificent. On Reception, MJ, Boy and Mr.Nong were fantastic but Lunar was totally extra special. Top customer service from that team. Hotel was immaculately clean so the folks who cleaned the rooms were exemplary. The restaurant/ breakfast staff were also extremely good, Meng, Kamonrat, Kie, Linya, Boy, Kea were great but Nook went that extra mile, she provided the best customer service. Not applicable, it was all great!

Staybridge SUKUMVIT is close to BTS Phrom Pong, where you can go to Bangkok sights without car traffic jam. The Restaurant ORIGAMI had nice breakfast, and the service, especially by the cooks, the waiter and waitresses excellent. The frontdesk team and the cleaner team were great, too. I recommend this hotel so much.

It was the highlight of our trip. Japanese cleanliness and immaculate environment. Staff polite and helpful, awesome design, views, pool, co-working room with excellent coffee and tea. Shuttle bus to Emporium and Skytrain. Perfect! I really cant say anything. We are not the types who are "searching for scratches" on the wall/floor"?

We loved their non-functioning room service delivery app—it gave us the chance to leave the hotel, discover real restaurants, and actually enjoy good food. Staybridge Suites Bangkok was a huge disappointment. For $300 a night, we expected cleanliness, but the furniture was old, uncomfortable, and even had stains of bodily fluids—disgusting. They’re obsessively strict about smoking, banning it everywhere, even on balconies, but can’t bother to clean properly. This was our honeymoon, and it turned into a nightmare.
