Not a lot. First time I have ever said this. When we turned up there was a sign saying the pool was closed. Who wants to stay in a place in Thailand with no pool? They had plenty of time to notify me it would be closed. One selling point for me was there claim for city views. from the room I was staying in. I got to look at the wall of the neighboring building. Oh, and into someone's lounge if the curtains were open. We had a complimentary breakfast each morning. cool. but all the food was cold. cold eggs, cold sausages, cold everything. turn your food warmers up.

There are three Hope Land hotels in Bangkok, but this one (46/1) is definitely the best. And there is probably no better breakfast variety in Bangkok. At least for the relatively reasonable price. The cleaning ladies going from room to room in the morning to clean get constant loud signals on their phones, they are talking loud on their phones and the echo in the long hallways can wake you up in your room, if you want to sleep longer than other guests ...

The location is very convenient to go everywhere. The hotel staff. I got an executive room which was so good.

Location was great, breakfast included. Elevator and stair system wouldn’t work for people with mobility issues - you’d take the elevator to your floor but you still had to climb half a flight of stairs which was no problem for us. Room was spacious, showers were good. Pool was shaded so nice escape from heat. Great value. It was on a very busy street but I think Bangkok is extremely busy no matter where you are

Good value. Authentic. Secure. The breakfast should be better. Coffee was not great; eggs were rubbery.

Run-down hotel. Really poor sound-insulation, you won't sleep at night if you get a room facing the road.

The location was excellent for my needs. It was close to transportation, shopping, and public parks. The staff were very accommodating and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. Some of the gym equipment needed attention

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and very spacious, with everything you need, making it ideal for longer stays. The breakfast offering was great, and the complimentary drinks available in the lobby throughout the day were a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. On the downside, the breakfast area often felt overcrowded and there did not seem to be enough staff to comfortably manage the number of guests. The gym also needs attention, as some equipment was broken, it was under-supplied, and the air conditioning was not adequate.
