Eh, the location is good and central i guess I had booked 5 nights, but ended up staying only 1. I got the private room, and it was not what the pictures looked like. it looked (not nice to say) but like a little jail sell. The mattress was on the floor, no bed or bedframe. It was quite loud as it also faced the road. But the next day once i got back after a day of walking, i had a massive trail of ants in my room, going towards my bed and also inside my bags. Long story short, i packed up my bags an an hour later left. i do have to say the staff was lovely & was able to contact booking.com on my end, so i get a refund for the nights i wasn't going to stay. but the experience/room wasn't great and i moved to a different place

No hot water in my room

Bed on the third floor but the washroom on the 2nd floor

nice place to stay in bangkok . its great ambiance, cleanliness, coziness and amazing staff - a real plus
-
Room is nice.

Not a deal breaker. But I wish they had male bathrooms on the fourth floor too. And air conditioned bathrooms as well. Because of the humidity, you're immediately sweating the moment you step out of a shower.
-
Great stay overall!! Coffee, dishes, etc to share in the pantry area. Soundproofing for rooms that are road facing could be better.

It is clean and near to mrt Everything is okay. I think the bunk bed is not that okay.

The lockers under the bed are extremely small. Can't even fit a backpack properly. More storage place needed.

I've stayed at Qilombo several times, and each time it feels less like a hostel and more like coming home. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming; they even remember my name! The beds are clean and comfy. One of my favorite spots is the cozy lobby, where I can kick back with free snacks and enjoy good music on TV. It’s those little touches that make all the difference and keep me coming back.

It is easy to interact with other travelers in this hostel. The common area is where you can easily talk with other travelers. People working in the hostel like to hangout with the guests too and; it is FUN. If you're a solo traveler, you'll find friends here.

I loved the cement floors, AC was amazing and the lobby was cozy and clean. If I had to choose something- I’d say that as a young backpacker, the neighborhood was a bit bland and the food wasn’t so great. BUT ! The soup/ noodle shop, right next door on the ground level was amazing :).

they have a fridge. Have a kitchen but no cooking stove, toilets are really really filthy. bath cubicle is really too tiny a 175cm tall person already finding it hard to shower. the bed is really so hard i didnt sleep well. a filipino male receptionist was doing very borderline work, not friendly. Did not have night time reception

Very close to both a green line & blue line BTS stations Very unclean bathrooms. Urinals were out of order in men’s restroom so the stalls stayed gross. Men were also using the women’s only restroom so this made my wife uncomfortable a few times. Also very close to a red light street so most guests were creepy older men. One of the staff was also not the friendliest.

it’s like 2nd family staying in this place. will definitely recommend this to family and friends

Everything was convenient even late at night. I met lots of travelers when I arrived and since then we hung-out everyday. So much fun in the common area. There's also free snacks/hot drinks 24/7; and, working area for the digital nomads. So far, everything is very good.

Great location. Common areas were good. Tea/Coffee/Snacks were available all the time. Easy Check-in/Check-out. No lift. Bathroom was not available in the floor, it was in the lower floor. Bunk bed was difficult to access or to climb. Drinking water was available only in one floor.

For me, the world isn't just a place, it's a people. I really enjoyed meeting people in the Hostel, including the staff. Had a long conversation with Max. He was nice. The padlock on the drinks machine haha

The location is great and the price is affordable. The shower in the private room is hot and good and the staff is very friendly. The bed is also comfortable and the wifi is strong. The private room is very small (much smaller than it looks on the photos) and located on the 5th floor with no elevator. there is no door sperating the shower and bathroom from the bedroom and the windows are pretty small.
