The only things I liked were the breakfast buffet and the lower price of the hotel compared to others. It's near several nice cafes and restaurants and a 10-minute walk to Silom Complex Mall. I reserved a 'Junior Suite' but the agent gave me a much smaller room than what was advertised. I'm pretty sure this was deliberate. I had to go down and complain to get the room that I reserved. Even the room I finally got did not resemble the slick photos online. The very worst things about this hotel was the cockroaches! My suite was infested - I caught at least 20 of them lurking in the bathroom and bedroom. After I complained, all I got was a simple apology. Clearly I-Residence Hotel does not maintain cleanliness of its rooms.

The housekeeping staff is incredibly honest and trustworthy, and the entire team was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their excellent service gave me peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and trustworthy place to stay.

There were cockroaches in the room, and even after changing rooms, the issue persisted, which was unacceptable. On top of that, the housekeeping staff would enter the room if the “Do Not Disturb” light wasn’t on, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and privacy.

Room had many problem e.g. water leakage, and toilet had noise from the water leakage. Air condition in the living room not cold. Staff technician could not fix, new room for next day had to wait for long

The carpet in the corridors are very worn-out and filthy!!!

Small room and basic accomodation but it's a 3 star hotel. The location is perfect. The bed is big (in a small room) and noise level is acceptable. (but you'll have to swith the aircon off) Noisy aircon. very basic bathroom (small sink). No view.

Many different restaurants and street food locations. Even with a wet market across the street with fresh fruits and vegetables, food stalls with mega deals galore. Perfect hotel with a budget in mind.

Location is great, overall simple but comfortable hotel. Cockroaches everywhere. Absolutely insane amount of cockroaches. They will get into all your stuff, your luggage, and carry over to your next apartment. On my request they moved me to another room. Unfortunately every single room apparently is filled with cockroaches

It’s location and the room service is very good, everyday they clean the room..thumbs up!!!.. and were definitely to stay again !!! Needs English speaking staff for room service, but it’s alright, anyway just a few days stay may consider it understandable..

The location is great, close to the main malls (2-3km), and perfect for anyone who wants to walk or run at the famous Lumpini Park (1-2 km). I experienced a significant cockroach problem during my stay. I found them everywhere — even crawling into my bag on the floor and inside my shoes. The hotel should take immediate and serious action to address this issue. Because of the infestation, I didn’t feel comfortable touching or using any of the glasses or coffee cups in the room. Additionally, the room feels quite old and would benefit from renovation.

room facilities was excellent , location is good specially nearby shopping malls, total hotel and its restaurent good in cleaning, staff were so good, cooperative. like most of the things, but complementary coffe was missing days.
