House keeping was excellent the young lady Kra -Tae was extremely helpful i needed to use a iron for some of my shirts and she had it at my door within minutes and her friendly smile was infectious , i would come back to my room after a long day out , and it was spotless and the bed made just as you would like it The Staff at the reception where also extremely helpful and could answer most of my questions The security Guard would always greet me with a smile and conversation that would last for a few minutes

The property was very modern and had great rooms and amenities. The views from the rooms and rooftops are also incredible! Additionally, the property was near a a lot of restaurants and public transportation. The staff were so kind and helpful the entire stay, I’ve never had such an exceptional experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Bangkok next time.

Breakfast was ok. I wished they had oatmeal/porridge. The location was close to numerous activities and public transportation. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop bar/restaurant. I can't think of anything.

I mentioned it was me and my partners anniversary and they set up some little decorations and had a cake ready for when we arrived, so sweet. Amazing place to stay. Clean rooms, fast wifi, nice staff, and great breakfast. No problem but be aware it is in the red light district.

The staff were very nice and accommodating! The area of the hotel is a VERY busy area with a lot of activity. I would not recommend this area without doing a bit of research first.

I had a very big issue with the taxi driver called by the hotel reception. On the way to the airport he asked me to pay the toll if I wanted to reach the airport faster. The hotel staff already mention that he agreed on 500bht. His driving was very bad and almost got into an accident a few times. After reaching the airport I had bht 1000 and he had no change. He asked me to leave my bags behind and go get change for him. It was a traumatic experience for me and ruined my trip. He wanted me to give him 1000 bht as I was getting late for my flight. His taxi number was 1 ua 2006 metropolitan. I am attaching the picture of his number plate. Please take the necessary action. Please don't call this driver for your guest as he seems very aggressive and dangerous and also tried to scam me. I always stay with novotel when I am in bangkok and I might choose different hotel for my next trip Thank you..

Gouging on some prices for snacks in the room. $8 usd for a tiny Pringle...felt a little like Vegas. Cost for laundry was ridiculous. Definitely felt like an American pricing strategy for a 3 star hotel.
