I had an absolutely wonderful stay at INNSiDE by Meliá. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making me feel right at home. The Townhouse room was fantastic—spacious, modern, stylish, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Bangkok. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. There was an excellent variety of fresh, delicious food, with something for everyone. It was truly a highlight of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. The exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and outstanding breakfast made for a perfect experience. I would definitely stay here again!

There was so many wonderful features and amenities I loved about this property! The location was perfect, the food was delicious! The staff were wonderful, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and lovely. There was nothing I can say that I did not like about this property.

The hotel is new, design is nice, food is amazing and the service also. The ac was not working well in our room, but upon calling reception, they immediately relocated us to a new room and then upon checkout as compensation ordered taxi to the airport for us and paid. I highly appreciate their service.

Beautiful hotel with architectural and design touches on every floor and room. The rooftop pool/bar was amazing. Enjoyed a delicious dinner at their tapas themed restaurant while admiring the view of the city from the 33rd floor. Nothing

The sink and that rooms are small

Location, staff, food, everything was great. Cleaned daily and gave new towels and water. Water temp in shower would randomly change.

Amazing 5 star experience. All the staff were friendly and the rooftop pool and bar is ideal for chilling in the sun in Bangkok. Food was very tasty in the restaurant too. Shoutout to Samuel for making our fresh towels into elephants and putting our sunglasses on them, really nice touch

The staff was amazing! Very nice and accommodating. There were ants EVERYWHERE. I was bitten quite a bit! OT was very cold in the Kites restaurant so I couldn’t even enjoy my meal. The room is very small. It’s also far from everything.

Amazing pool area above the bar with a fantastic view across Bangkok. The hotel is very well located near On Nut BTS and there is a lovely night market in front of the Lotus market. The upside down design of the hotel can lead to traffic jams in the elevator. The entirely white design in the room can be a bit weird
