Klong House Hostel

Klong is located in a great location and is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Pardon her husband made my stay very comfortable and they always offered suggestions of things that I do. Breakfast was phenomenal and there was fresh sourdough every morning as well as fresh fruit. When I left in the morning, made me a coffee and a sandwich to take to the airport with me. One thing to know is that the bathroom is on the first floor and my room is on the third floor. It takes a a little more effort for a late night bathroom break, but it was ok. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something to note.

The location and apartment are really lovely, everything was perfect. Parn truly makes you feel at home, and their freshly baked bread is absolutely heavenly. The coffee is also the best in town. It’s the perfect spot for exploring the area, with everything just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Very well located. The owner are very nice, welcoming and provide great tips in the area. Their breakfast and home made sourdough is good for the soul :-)

We felt like we were at home.Parn was an awesome, gracious host.I wish I would have gotten our other 3 nights in Bangkok at the end of our trip,but she was booked solid.We now have Thai family!!

Parn was incredibly hospitable, kind, accommodating and welcoming! She had so many great recommendations for food and places to go. The location was great for exploring Banglamphu. I loved watching the view of the canal from the hotel. Overall, I felt very comfortable at Klong House, as if it was a second home. Having to go down stairs at night to use the bathroom was a bit inconvenient, but not too bad.

We loved to stay in Klong House. Our host Part was amazing, she made very delicious breakfast and helped us a lot with information about getting the places to visit. We felt at home during our staying. The location is also very good, close to Khaosan road and to take the boat to other sightseeing.

Everything Nothing

We loved our stay here! We were welcomed so nice & warm by the host that it immediately felt like home :) The place itself is cosy and clean, the room’s got AC and we had a little balcony facing the river, really nice. Nothing bad to say about this place and the location is also good since you are at Koa san road in a 5 min walk ;) We recommend this place and we would definitely come back here, for the kind hosts (and the good breakfast). Our room was really nice and tidy and just as depicted in the photos. The house had a homely atmosphere and good location (although it was a bit hard to find at first - it's not accessible by Taxi). The real star of Klong House however, is its owner. Parn was incredibly welcoming, sociable and accommodating beyond measure. She offered tips on what to do and how best to reach our destinations, always asked about our day and made us coffee and breakfast each morning (we couldn't get enough of the salad in particular, the dressing was so delicious!). She was an amazing host! Showering was a bit of a challenge - there's no space with a lock in front of the showers, and nowhere to put your things, so you have to get changed inside the shower cabin and keep your stuff there too without getting it wet. It was manageable but would be a good thing to improve in the future! :)

Parn was an exceptional host. Her English is excellent and she went out of her way to help us understand the complicated public transport system and plan our short time in Bangkok well. The room was beautiful and very clean, as was the rest of Klong house. The location is excellent: a quiet oasis by the canal but in an area with lots of great things to do, including a really good live music venue just round the corner (called Adhere the 13th). We would definitely come back here and would recommend it to everyone!

-every staff there were super nice and polite -the bed are so comfortable (really sleep tight haha -yummy breakfast to starts a new morning -Parn are so warm that they noticed me are getting duper early fright ,so they pack up the breakfast for me to enjoy it at airport ❤️❤️❤️ -a bit hard to tell taxi driver where it is
