How petty the staff was with stains on the towel. Which I had to pay a penalty for.

Very clean and large rioms. The pool area is very nice. Btw better if hotel can also peovide basic things auch as free water bottles and a kettle in the rooms.

Clean, good bed. Being disturbed by a noisy conversation right outside my room. It should have been conducted elsewhere. it was inconsiderate.

Nothing FirstThe attitude of few staff from the reception Second fake and deceiving photos in the Booking.com Third the location is very bad and very unsafe at night, even the reception most of the time they are sitting in enclosed room and through a small glass window (, that most of the time closed) can deal with the guests of the hotel, it is really crazy and scary.

Amazing stay! The pool area has been recently renovated and it's beautiful. Really friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Clean room. 18 min or so walk to the metro - but this is clearly advertised on the listing, so we didn't mind at all. Slightly hard beds.

Reasonable price and good location for a short stay over the weekend (close to Chatuchak weekend market). The property is clean, and the evening staff was very friendly. The pool area is really nice. We paid for an extra night to be able to check in early after the long flight and informed the property weeks before, unfortunately on arrival they didn't have our rooms ready, as it was 'sold out', so we had to wait for other rooms to be prepared. Even though we booked a room with a view, one of the rooms was on the 4th floor, facing another building with no view. One of the rooms didn't have warm water in the shower.

Pool was amazing and big. Great view from the balcony to the pool. Large room. Air conditioning was working fine. Staff was nice and allowed to return deposit earlier due to early check out. 7/11 near by. All in all good value for money Rather outdated interior. Quite far but using bolt allowed to get to places.
