After booking this hotel, I saw a lot of bad reviews about it being dirty, rude, dirty bed sheets, and many more. So I was worried about my booking that I would have to face the comments of other guests when I arrived. But it was completely wrong. The lady and the guy at the front desk were polite and clean. The pool (I saw this guy cleaning the pool floor every morning) The room had a great AC, the fridge and the shower were great. This hotel is 3 stars as shown on google map. 1 room for 5 person for 1 room book. When we arrived, one of the maids saw blood stains and went to the front desk to tell them and they gave us 4 new ones. The bathroom was big enough for 1 person to sleep in the bathroom and it was only a 1 minute walk to a 7/11 store. So everything was perfect for my first time in BKK and staying there. Also, I got my deposit back of 1000 baht. Also, please be warned, don't expect a 5-star experience in a 3-star hotel.

The pool and aircon The bathroom was dirty and with hair in the shower. There were clothes from other people behind the sofa. The TV didn’t work at all.

The springs on the mattresses are already peeking out and are dangerous to guests. There were stains on the beddings when we arrived. They should also consider repainting the rooms. It’s like there’s no maintenance. The room is not soundproof since we can hear the other guests

Oh my god, it's not cleaned, the bathroom can't be used,and bedcovers I think are not cleaned within years,we purchase bedcovers from outside and used , because we paid the total payment earlier by checking,no refunds,that's why we stayed, very bad,not like images in bookings.com ,

Request are being addressed as soon as possible. Need to improve their bathrooms, it would be advisable to choose better floor tiles to prevent any potential accidents.

Friendly staff, old motel feel, great pool for swimming a few laps, not far from MRT, 711 right across the road, comfortable it's quiet in most ways but you can hear other guests (thin walls) and you can hear motorbikes occasionally ... it didn't bother me but fyi in case some are sensitive

The pool, the price and the location It wasn’t as clean as expected and rooms walls were so thin you can literally hear the nextdoor neighbor.

I like that it is located near MRT station only 8-9 minutes walk for me. Good value, but if you find something nice and fancy. This is not for you. The pool looks nice, but I don’t have time to try. Old and the wall is getting rusty and ruined. The smell as well. It’s not that nice.

No I don’t like the dirt and the sewage all over the area around the hotel. All that location very bad smelly No cleaning bad I don’t like I go over there only 5 hr and check out in the morning and moved out . I paid for this place reservations 27 days and I didn’t get a single cent back.

Nothing i like was not like in the pictures Smell so bad in the room . Swimming pool so dirty . Nothing good about this hotels. Bed sheets pillows so dirty. I ask reception she said it is like that Nothing we can do .!!! . I be like hello!!!

I was a bit hesitant to book the place because of the reviews but it was actually worth it. Staff are very accommodating and can speak english. We checked in late so they offered to leave our keys outside then we can enter any time. They don't have free breakfast, however, there's a 7'11 nearby and a mini food park so you don't have to worry about where to get food or other essentials. They clean your room upon request and they also provide bottled water every day. Plus strong wifi! We enjoyed the cool pool too. Overall, I can say it was a great stay for my family.
