The bed was super hard

Bed was too stiffed. And room with no soundproof. Also please consider DC consent near by side bedstand. Not everyguest has USB outlet charger.

Fabulous little gem, the room was great clean it provided you with everything breakfast is also good the stuff were super friendly super helpful and the location is a great if you especially if you're going to knock markets it's a bit further away from the center but there's easy access to many places 7-Eleven is right in front of you when you go out of the hotel McDonalds is at the closest point to the hotel

Friendly staff, safe, quiet, metro not far A lot of mosquitoes, door DND signs make noise, the pool entrance is inside the restaurant which is abit awkward

Location to where my business occurred Dirty room floors; noise from other rooms on floor; the smell of cannabis throughout the night. Chose highest floor to have minimum noise but upon check in I was told that construction renovations to room next to mine would occur at 0800. Then, why assign me to that room? My biggest problem was with Booking.com that auto defaulted my reservation to March 6 instead of March 2. Didn't notice until confirmation. No phone access to customer service and the AI communication simply changed reservation and charged more. After this message I will uninstall booking.com app and no longer use it's services. I will inform all social media contacts to inform followers of the terrible customer service and charging tactics. In July 2025 i was charged for a taxi from BKK to Pattaya. But my ride wasn't there when I deplaned and went through customs. My complaint was NEVER addressed. Very unresponsive company when complaints occur.

The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to travel to different places. All the staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful. It is a great place to stay, offering comfort and excellent service. The international breakfast at the hotel is delicious with a wide variety of choices. It is also very easy to get a Grab car or taxi from the hotel. nil

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and nice. The breakfast was also wonderful every morning. My room had obvious signs of not being cleaned as well as it should have been. This hotels policies are horrible. I accidentally booked this room. It was my fault, I recognize that. 5 minutes after realizing that I booked the wrong hotel, I tried to cancel. They refused and said I would be charged the full price.

Ladies at lobby desk had great smiles and personality. Concierge gentleman was very kind and attentive. Good location for Shopping at Fortune Town. Very nice room design and furnished nicely. Decent bed, but a little hard. Not good for my back. The floor seemed really dirty. Felt like walking on sand evident by grubby feet. Brought to attention of housekeeping, but still felt gritty. Could hear next door neighbors full conversations at 1 am then 2 am second night. Yelled for them to stop so they banged on the wall and repeatedly dropped something heavy on floor in response. Didn't expect that Ordered a shrimp and squid pizza. Bread so hard could not cut or bite through it. Returned nearly complete pizza without an apology or even acknowledgement of the Returned meal. But breakfast buffet was great!...even though charged for it.

The room view and the organization was fine. It was not super clean. Needs more cleanliness. Instead of flip flops, one time slippers are more desirable.

The location far from the buzzilin noises in the city. Its near to 7eleven, motorbike taxi, nail amd hair salon, massage places, night market, laundry places, mac donalds, etc. It has a bar and cafe, restaurant, swimming pool and gym. The staff were so nice and friendly. They have free water bottle and complimentary snacks for free in the lounge area. May be clean the room to be alot better esp sweeping or vaccuming the floor i can still see some dust there

Gym equipment is basic, not a wide selection at breakfast, noise cancelation is not ideal, about 40 minutes to the center by metro.
