Was convenient to the MRT which provided inexpensive access to the locations I wanted to visit The first two mornings had a decent breakfast buffet but by the third morning the selection was reduced and by the fourth day there was only two choices, American or Thai. Very limited.

Great location near the metro station, very friendly staff, AC worked well, (very) hot water in the shower, good breakfast (except for the one time when I did not get the buffet but a choice between a set menu for Thai or American breakfast), 7-11 nearby. Not everything was perfect but great value for money. Furniture and bathroom installations very old - in the shower I got either very hot water or cold - it was hard to get a pleasant (warm) temperature. The room was quite noisy because of the road outside. The AC worked well but was very old and noisy - so you cannot really leave it on overnight.

Great front desk staff. Close to underground subway. Very comfortable rooms. Great shower. Ramps into hotel lobby were too steep and slippery for carrying and rolling luggage...definitely a safety hazard.

Location Everything. The pictures on the Booking.com website made it look beautiful and comfortable. It was a dump! Like a slumlord kind of dump. It was so bad. I cried all night when we arrived and got no sleep, laid in the bed all night in the same clothes I wore on the airplane because I didn’t wanna touch anything to my body. The building is falling apart and disgusting. In the morning there, coffee was hot water in an instant pack of coffee! I tried everything to find contact information to talk to a representative at Booking.com and was unable to. I will never use Booking.com again because of that. I will only book direct with hotels in the future.. You have no useful customer support in time of urgency.

luggage strorage service, spacious room ,freindly staff the property is quite old, the staff who received me at check-in was not very expereinced, i booked through booking.com and paid before i arrived but i was asked to pay at arrival directly to the hotel. so i double paid and had to talk to booking.com and hotel multiple times. eventually the hotel had to refund me. imagine all the additional work.

Everything was fine and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. The hotel is quite close to the MRT, which compensates a bit for the far distance to the city center. Old hotel and very far from the interesting city center. Soundproofing could be better and the bathroom would need to be refreshed.
