The room on the 2nd floor i had was near a smoking section and smells like strong cigarette smoke right outside my door. I picked a balcony room which I got but there was absolutely no privacy, everything faces my balcony, the walkway in hallway on all the floors above and the lobby downstairs also faces my balcony. I just felt exposed.

The staff on reception are fabulous and always remember me on check in. The hotel manager extended a special upgrade and free breakfast this stay. I had never tried the breakfast before but I was very impressed with the diversity of dishes and quality presentation, definitely at the standards of much larger international hotels. I will be booking my room with breakfast in the future. The hotel has the traditions of true hospitality with a doorman and Concierge and a lobby and that you want to sit in and watch the world go past. All the guests areas and rooms and the rooftop pool are immaculate. I was impressed to see the Hotel Manager walking around inspecting her hotel to make sure everything was in order. I look forward to staying here again in the near future. Thank you to the entire team. Nothing

Staff were amazing and very nice, I got my stay extended with a couple of hours. Breakfast was really good! The hotel and gym weren’t exceptional but they served their purpose.

One of the best value for money hotels in Bangkok - minimalist style, has everything one needs, really good location, and the price is very competitive. Even the breakfast is functional with everything you need and always fresh and different dishes every day on offer.

Location, staff, breakfast. Hotel is worn down and maintained on a minimal expenditures level. Which is understandable - Bangkok has an oversupply of hotels.

Brilliant!!! The hotel and staff are so nice and friendly! There was an issue with the aircon in our first room, so the hotel immediately gave us another room which was even bigger and better than we initially booked. We are really thankful. The breakfast was delicious! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again ?

The staff are always friendly and professional and acknowledge me as a regular guest and allocate rooms that are better. I have repeatedly complained about the hotels TV channels and nothing changes. I am hesitant to return again because they are so limited with English channel and bad quality picture and sound. When traveling alone (for business) good tv is a must and even better is smart tv with Netflix and YouTube.

What really stood out was the warm welcome from the staff—even before we checked in. We reached out with a few enquiries beforehand, and the team was quick to respond and very helpful throughout.

The location is really nice cause it’s basically in the city center of BKK. The bed is quite comfortable for sleeping and staffs were really helpful. The hallway and reception area looks new, but the room is a bit old-ish but not that old. There’s a smell in my cabinet area and they never really clean the floor cause i already asked them multiple times since I saw a cockroach and kill on the floor. But all in all its a pleasant stay for me.

Very polite staff, but almost nobody speaks English unfortunately. The location is not the best but it's okey. They didt clean the room so good. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit old and you can feel it in the air and the smell. The pool on the roof was small , the breakfast was okey.
