The Hotel staff were amazing. Friendly and efficient and helpful when needed. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The hotel is in a prime spot for the Patpong/Silom area and a walkable distance to MBK shopping centre. Our check-in was delayed for about 4 hours due to the room type I booked and previous guests having a late checkout. However the hotel provided us with bonus access to their VIP Club Lounge for the duration of our stay as compensation.

As soon as I got out of my taxi the staff was there to help me with my bags. My room was out of this world. Stunning views of Bangkok, a king bed that I could stay in forever. The lighting and blinds of the room really set the mood because of the ability to customize. The bathroom is resort level, with fabulous tube that allows you to see the view of the city and shower that feels like a spa.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was particularly impressed with few foreign staffs (one Japanese and one African American, I believe). The Japanese staff understood my continued booking situation quickly and assured that my stay would be comfortable. The African-American was so fun and friendly every time I ran into him. Thanks to both of them, I had an impressive vacation. I wish staff team had more with-in team communication so that I didn’t have to repeat my cont. booking situation every time I talked to different people. Or if they had communication, I wish they reassured me that my request was received and would be resolved accordingly. For example, I requested to Thai young staff around noon that I wanted my room cleaned for new check-in before my husband’s arrival with our continued booking in the same room type. I waited in that room at least one hour but no one arrived nor confirmed my request so I had to contact the front staff again to send someone to clean the room. The situation was a bit frustrating.

Whenever I visit Bangkok, this hotel remains my top choice and for good reason. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and polished. The staff truly sets the tone for the stay. Everyone from reception to the club lounge team greets you with genuine smiles and attentiveness that immediately make you feel both comfortable and valued. One of the standout aspects of this hotel is its staff. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests have an exceptional experience. A special mention goes to Kai at reception, who is not only accommodating but exudes a naturally welcoming vibe that puts you at ease. Over at the Club Lounge, Pio and Jommy deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail elevate the guest experience to another level. A particularly memorable moment that reflects the dedication of the staff. I accidentally left my belongings in a taxi. The concierge team namely NU and Tafu didn’t hesitate to step in they promptly investigated and even tracked down the taxi’s plate number. Their proactive attitude and efficiency were top notch. What sets this hotel apart is not just its luxurious amenities, but the consistently high level of service and care. Every stay feels personal and pleasant, with staff who clearly take pride in their work and value their guests. It's rare to find such a balanced combination of professionalism and genuine hospitality.
