The room was clean and comfortable. We did not book breakfast so can not comment on the restaurant. Shuttle to the local store was useful and very quick. The pool was nice, not overlooked and sufficient loungers and towels. The equipment in the kitchen area was a bit limited but extra was supplied when requested. Although many of the places we wanted to visit where relatively close the traffic in Bangkok is very congested most of the time. Place that were only 10 minutes away often took an hour. Also booking taxis is a lottery as to how long they will take to get to you. Obviously not a problem with the hotel but a consideration.

Great location, good a/c, good value...there are cheaper places nearby, but this one is good I wish the showers were showers not tubs

Manager at front desk obliging and understanding when 2 replacement rooms and then refund offered Beds, washing facilities and downtown ambience around the place good But, … … in first and next room bathroom flooding was too much. Not possible to stay. Offered upgrade room which was less attractive than previous rooms. Nice lady manager listened to our complaints, was amenable to refunding 6 out of 8 nights booked but not stayed, currently being negotiated and processed with booking dot com, who apologised to me for problems.

It could have been better and more pleasant. The Non-Smoking given to us smells like an ashtray. When we requested a change of room, Luhas' staff denied it was a smoking room. They came to the room and claimed that they did not smell anything. But the left-over cigarette stench was so strong even after they tried deodorizing and applying the air filter. We couldn't even sleep through the night due to the strong cigarette stench. It was only after we insisted on a room change that they agreed. Our experience could have been much more pleasant if they had acknowledged the cigarette stench instead of denying it. We urge you to provide your staff with the necessary training to handle such situations more effectively in the future.

Loved the pool and the ability to do laundry in the room. The shuttle out to the main street was nice. We booked a room that was supposed to have two beds through Booking.com but the hotel would not honor that price. The king bed ended up bring good enough for all 3 of us and I was too tired from travel to argue about it.
