This hotel was amazing! Staff was so helpful and friendly, great location, fantastic breakfast. Couldn't have asked for a better stay (10 nights)

It’s in the middle of a construction zone, which they have no control over, but it should be stated. A few of the female staff weren’t friendly.

The construction happening on the main street is not great. However, that is not the fault of the hotel. I think the dust from the construction means that the hotel needs to change their air filters for the AC more often. Air quality in the room we stayed was not good. The hotel changed the rooms for us on the last day due to late night construction and it was much better.

Well maintained, clean. I felt at home the first day. Beds are confortable, room is stylish and well decorated. I liked every interaction with each members of staff. From doorman to receptionist, without forgetting cleaners. Everyone had a genuine attitude, and delivered outstanding customer service.

I do like the friendly staff and location wise are amazing. I hope Mo hotel could put more hanger or to install towel rail or rack.

The services & kindness from the staff. They are so friendly & helpful. I’m a breastfeeding mum traveling without my baby so they helped me keeping & froze my breastmilk. With excellent services thank you so much every each of you!! The breakfast is superbb delicious fried rice , cereal , fresh cut fruits , juice & coffee. Will stay again if visiting Bangkok because its nearby with BTS Ratchatewi. N/A
