I love the location. Ease of access to most places. Also, they made a surprise birthday turn down for my partner which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. There was no walk in closet but hooks were provided to hang clothes.

Very good customer service at all levels. Good room layout and comfortable bed. Very clean (daily towel change, sheets ). Good water pressure. Quiet room on 22nd floor on a big road (great view), couldnt hear the neighbors, elevator or street. Good AC. Very good central location (important given traffic and complicated transport system), fast and numerous elevators so no wait to enter or leave hotel. And while we didnt include breakfast, it looked varied and good. The staff really make an effort to have things for clients to do on the reception breakfast level (books, music, quieter room, etc). There is a small fridge and hairdryer, pegs for clothes et. We had a really good experience. Couldnt book with a debit card, had to use credit which was annoying since only one of us has one.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and excellent amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shopping, and popular attractions. The common areas had a vibrant atmosphere, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I had a wonderful stay. Nothing significant. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

This is a great place to stay in. The room os perfectly clean and rennovated. Breakfast food was lovely. Spectacular view from 28 floor window. A room was a bit small for a family of 4, though managable for a one night stay.
