Room was spacious and clean. Staff were always helpful and friendly. They provided all important in-room amenities; toothbrush, toothpaste, drinking water etc. The location was not so far from Icon Siam and Saphan Taksin BTS station.

Close to restaurants, 7/11, cafes. Room and bathroom were good size and very clean. Everything was restocked daily. Unlimited free water was also a bonus. None

The staff are very nice and accommodating but the hotel itself isn’t the best, the doors have no soft close and the walls aren’t that thick so into the night and early morning you’ll hear slamming doors etc The air on needs a lower setting.. first night I was boiling… the balcony had air conditioning units on all of them which push out the hot air… Bathroom is okay for the price but the shower system and doors handles are very dirty sadly.. There is no minibar, room service or laundry options by the way. I’d say the rating is right 3/5 stars definitely But it is cheap

The room was very clean. The bed is so comfortable. The front desk is so polite and welcoming. The staff are friendly. I ended up booking with them again before I flew back home. Very impressed with their service.

Getting around was a bit difficult. The nearest BTS station is about 15min away on foot and taking a bus in this traffic is pretty useless.

Good Location and staff! Cleaners were lovely! Has a little balcony. Beds are a bit hard but it's okay! Has a gym upstairs! 15 mins walk from IconSiam and 10 min drive from Wat Pho!

A great spot for discovering the city. You can take the ferry up the river or the BTS train to anywhere you want. Would definitely recommend Naga residence and the really friendly staff.
