Upon checkout, I advised the property’s management team about the possibility of adding reflectors to some outdoor steps at the entrance for security purposes especially with low visibility at night.

However, light sleepers should be warned: noise at night is unavoidable. The neighboring room was frequently loud, the rooftop exit door—right next to my room—kept slamming, and housekeeping in the morning was very loud as well, which made restful sleep difficult. If the hotel addressed soundproofing and reduced noise from staff and rooftop access, this would be a much better stay.

The rooms and common areas are clean, thoughtfully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. The overall ambiance is quiet and serene - you almost forget you’re in a busy city. The food is also good, which makes it even easier to settle in. Overall, a great stay if you’re looking for comfort, security, and a calm environment in Bangkok.

The hotel was incredibly clean and well kept. The staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful. The location was great (less than 10 mins to BTS, 7-11 downstairs, food options nearby) and the rooms were really comfortable. I ended up upgrading from dorm to private room for my final 2 nights directly w/ the hotel and that process was seamless. The free breakfast each morning was straight from their menu, and the coffee was strong! I was working remotely during my stay and many people were doing the same so it was a great spot, I would gladly stay here again

My stay was extremely comfortable and all facilities were modern and clean. Want to emphasize the standards of cleanliness were impeccable. Oh and when indoors, you need to go shoeless which is a plus in my book. Amrnities such as, eye shades, bright and dim bed lamps, and towels were top notch. Staff were very accommodating and professional also. Nice outdoor patio to relax around. Excellent value for money! Not really a dislike, but the breakfast option was a bit underwhelming. But, not a serious complaint- just if I had to complain. And wish location could have been more central, allowing easier access to BTS and MrT lines.

Not so cheap... Beds are a bit very compact like a capsule not worth the money...

Staff were so kind and accommodating. So welcoming and aware of guest requests. Great location. Comfortable stay. Private, comfortable and lovely stay.

Near no windows in the room!? Feel like in prison

It's location was ok. The staffs were excellent. Breakfast facility was available. They have kept my luggage in the reception till my departure in the evening. Room was very quite. Common toilet was also clean , bed Linens were also clean There are few things which I did not like about this property. 1. The shape of the locker was square so no one could be able to keep luggage of rectangle shape. 2. The locker was not available in the room , rather it was in the 2nd floor and my room was in ground floor. Only Cabin luggage bag can be kept in locker. So to make it convenient , I had to keep cabin luggage and trolly luggage in side my tablet room bed. So lot of space of bed was occupied for luggages 3. Toilet was not avaible in the same floor. 4. There was no seperate AC avaible in side the tablet. There was only 0ne AC in 6 beded room . So felt bit warm during the sleep.

Very quiet location in an otherwise very nosiy location in Bangkok. The room was very large with many amenities. The shower was excellent. There is a small restaurant on the premises. Breakfast offered a couple of choices. There is no lift but the staff was there to help.

Posh and clean, easy to get around and you can find lots of options for food and cafes nearby. Stayed here once last year and extended 2 more nights this time, will surely go back again.

Oh boy where do I start, I guess PERFECT is the answer. Nothing .
