The staff welcomed me warmly and their service skills were impeccable. The taxi booking process was thorough and reassuring. The breakfast was excellent, and I was pleased to see that they had Thai, Japanese, and Kyushu mentaiko (spicy cod roe). The room is equipped with a refrigerator and kettle, which keeps things cold. The toilet has an automatic flushing seat. Around the hotel, there are restaurants, malls, and food courts nearby, and there's even a Don Quijote just a two-minute walk away, so you can buy anything you need. Both the BTS (very close) and the MRT (a bit far) are accessible. If you depart early in the morning at 6 am, it's a 30-minute taxi ride to Suvarnabhumi Airport. However, departures in the evening can be unpredictable. Some rooms have no windows. However, the lighting inside is bright.

The location of this hotel is great! Close to shopping (across the street is a shopping mall), eateries, massages, and convenient stores. It’s a bustling area and a busy one but the hotel is nestled far back from the road so you hear nothing. The hotel is new and very well maintained. Keep in mind, Americans traveling, our plugs did NOT fit their outlets so recommended to grab one from Amazon before you get there! ( or you can buy one there). The staff is very attentive and service impeccable! Our room was cozy and had all the amenities needed and included slippers, bottles to fill with water and coffee urn. Nothing! It was an awesome stay!
