Very nice and classy hotel. Rooms are big, modern and clean. The hotel is not a high rise hotel, even if its full it does not feel crowded as the venues are big. The guest to staff ratio is good as well. Even the guests are nice. No loud people, only decent families and couples. Breakfast was very good, tasty with good variety. Everyday some items were changed so its a different experience for each day. I was actually excited for breakfast. Include breakfast in your package, it is worth it. Location is a quite area away from the main road. Still a walkable distance to metro station on Sukhumvit road. All the staff were nice, polite and very helpful. This will be my go to hotel in Bangkok. Only critique maybe the towels were on the thin side. For this high quality hotel they change their towels to thicker better quality ones.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is 10~ minutes away from Nana station. My room was cleaned daily and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. And also I enjoyed the Gym and the pool. As someone who’s not into nightlife, the area wasn’t really my cup of tea, but I can see why most people would like it.

Many restaurants and coffee shops are near and have a greet service, 7-11 is 2 m walking and there is a pharmacy and money exchange next to the hotel . Nothing major and worth mentioning

Hotel staff very welcoming and friendly. Went out of their way to make us feel relaxed and welcome. Rooms were spacious and clean. They added such a sweet touch - having your name with welcome note on the TV x

Room was clean but loud construction noise from the 7th floor made it hard to get any good sleep Staff was rude and very unprofessional

Everything was nice. Maybe breakfast need to improve. They gave me a room with a view on the next building wall.. just near by.. All my view from inside its was a big wall.:( Im wondering if someone can pay to see everry morning a big wall in front of his window. After discussing with receptionist, i got a better room with pool view. Appreciate that they understand my situation. In rest all ok.

• Prime Location: The hotel is excellently situated, with the vibrant bar street just steps away — lively, entertaining, and ideal for evening outings. This was genuinely one of the highlights of our stay. • Staff Attitude: Despite the operational shortcomings outlined below, the frontline staff were consistently courteous and approachable. Their willingness to engage and resolve issues when prompted is appreciated. 1. Inadequate Housekeeping Services Throughout my 7-night stay, basic housekeeping standards were consistently not met: • Disposable slippers: Despite multiple phone requests to your front desk, we received only three pairs of slippers across the entire stay — completely inadequate for a week-long visit. • Floor cleaning: The room floor went without mopping for several consecutive days. • Toiletries: Bathroom amenities were not replenished on a daily basis as standard hospitality practice requires. • Housekeeping reminders: We were compelled to contact your staff to request room cleaning on at least three separate occasions — this should never be the guest’s responsibility. 2. Misleading Snack Policy and Disputed Billing Upon check-in, a staff member clearly informed us that snacks and beverages in the cabinet were chargeable, while items in the drawer were complimentary. We acknowledged this and acted accordingly. On Day 6, we noticed the drawer items had disappeared entirely. Upon inquiry, we were presented with a bill charging 450 THB for 5 bags of small nuts — items we had been explicitly told were free of charge, and which we had never consumed. We immediately disputed this charge. After firmly requesting an internal investigation and refusing to accept the bill, the staff ultimately removed all paid minibar items from the room. While we appreciate that the matter was eventually resolved, the entire episode was stressful, time-consuming, and frankly unacceptable. It raises serious questions about whether this was an isolated mistake or a deliberate practice.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel, it was clean, beautiful, food is amazing! Staff is exceptional, bed is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is DELICIOUS!!! Nothing! I absolutely loved everything

The Staff friendliness, we appreciate the staff quick response about the towel that had some black marks on when we checked in and changed it immediately. We appreciate staff at concierge proactiveness to help us with transportation when we waited long tome for our taxi to come. Locations is for those prefer huzzling buzzling of noisy city a life, alot of bars nearby and saw some people really enjoy it so it depends on what you like and looking for in a holiday. But not for a fami”ly with young kids especialy at night time.

Staff were wonderful and breakfast superb. Room was clean and comfortable. The bath tap doesn’t work. No matter how I turned the valve, the water only came out the shower head.
