The location was great for restaurants, bars and proximity to Bumrungrad Hospital. We stayed here to do our medical check ups and to get over our jet lag for our two week trip to Thailand. The pool is small, but nice on the top floor. The beds weee comfortable for Western standards. Thai beds can be rather hard and stiff. Great stay overall! Breakfast was not an option, but we knew this coming in. Several great breakfast restaurants within a five minute walk of the hotel so this was not an issue.

The hotel is too good to be true in this area. Just right by the street but I didn’t hear anything from it, kudos to the noise insulation work, sometimes I heard noise from the corridor but it’s alright. Didn't have time to see the pool, guess I should try next time when I come back to Bangkok. The price is affordable. The room is spacious for 1-2 people, with extremely comfortable bed. The staff paid attention to requests well and showed great professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel! The sign of the hotel may not be very much visible. When I first came, I mistook the shop entrance for the hotel and walked to other direction to look for the hotel. For the shower, sometimes it was hard to switch the setting.

I liked everything. Great staff, value for money accommodation - clean & tidy, comfy & quiet. I will return once back in Bangkok. There is no breakfast at the hotel; you will need to walk to another place.

Back away from the noise of Sukhumvit, but close to both the MRT and BTS. Quiet location, great value. Whole hotel has been remodeled, so everything feels new and clean. My favorite hotel in Bangkok. Highly recommended.

Free shuttle service to BTS line On demand, later times and shuttle back from the BTS line would have been nice (it’s a bit far to walk in the heat); if you don’t have the rooms people book available, please don’t advertise as such—say “king room or 2 twin beds subject to availability upon check in” rather than listing them separate on booking.com

WiFi in my room was quite weak/slow; I had to go out into the hallway (where the signal was much stronger) take some video calls. Location is a little far from the BTS, but there’s lots of stuff nearby. Air conditioner filter needed changing, so it wasn’t super effective at cooling the room; it definitely did not get the room to the stated temperature. But it still worked well enough that the room could be comfortable.

The hotel surprised me with a birthday decoration on my bed! I thought my husband requested for it, but it was totally the hotel’s own initiative! Impressed by the thoughtful gesture !
