Great location and staff For a suite the toilet in my specific room with a little weird with hose close it was to wall that divided toilet and shower. Felt knees to wall in there.

Great hotel, well located near métro blue line and near the big shopping center Asok Terminal 21. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool on the rooftop was great and the breakfast was amazing.

The beds in the room were very comfortable. The location was a short distance from the great terminal 21 mall and several train stations. For the location, comfort, and cleanliness the value was exceptional.

I booked a Twin Bed Room through Booking.com approximately one month in advance, and my reservation was confirmed. However, upon arrival, the reception informed us that all Twin Bed Rooms were fully occupied. Instead, they offered us a King Bed Room with an extra bed. When we inspected the room, we found it to be too small and congested with the extra bed, making it uncomfortable for our stay. We explained that this was not the room type we had booked and paid for. After discussing the matter with the reception, they eventually provided us with the Twin Bed Room as originally reserved. I am disappointed that, despite booking well in advance, the hotel initially attempted to provide a different room type. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted our time during check-in. I request that Booking.com review this matter with the property to ensure confirmed bookings are honored and that other guests do not experience similar issues.

The bed the pillows and the space. Bath tub was actually inviting for me to actually use it. They were very attentive and actually welcomed me with snacks and informed me with personalised notes. Some days I’m tempted to lay in bed and not get out. The sofa is abit old n soft. The density of the foam has definitely seen some years.

Great location in the center and a few steps from Asok station. Super easy to get to all different areas of BKK. The staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed. Great hotel for those who want to be in the center The view from the room could be better but it’s BKK, unless you are in a very high floor, the view is never very nice

Had a fantastic 2-day stay here. We selected the hotel based specifically on the good breakfast reviews and not only did it not disappoint, everything else was great too. The rooftop pool was nice, the gym is a good small addition, the room was generously sized with a fantastic layout. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from a metro station, in a slightly calmer corner of an otherwise lively area with a fantastic night market across the road. The staff were friendly and attentive. If I come back to Bangkok, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Modest breakfast and pretty expensive for what it offers.

The rooms are clean and any request from the room is met very quikly. The breakfast is great and has everything. I was not given an upgrade to a signatute room that time.

Hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Good pool. Great Breakfast. Around a lively area with plenty to do. Next to BTS Skytrain. Staff was friendly, but the manager (Jaff) was surprisingly unaccommodating. We planned on staying one night, as our flight was departing the next day at 1:30am. Decided to book another night, so we had a place to shower and store our luggage before our early morning flight. The manager (Jaff) booked us for the night at "special rate" (which was the same rate Booking.com showed), but told us we had to check out at 9pm for that rate. At the time, I didn't mind too much as we only had to move to the room right next door. Less hassle and we were planning on leaving close to that time anyway. The next day I was notified our flight was delayed, so I asked if we could check out at 10pm instead. The manager said we couldn't. Then said we could for another 1000 bats! Given he was willing to extend the checkout for more money, it was obvious that room was not being used for another guest. We had been in Bangkok and Samui for the past 10 day. Every hotel, activity, business we encountered were overly accommodating to us. Sometimes when we didn't even expect it. This left me with a sour taste. There are many good places to stay in the area. I would suggest trying another hotel. One that cherishes and goes the extra mile for their guests.
