The room was clean and modern. Parking was made easy by the doorman finding parking space every time I returned to the hotel. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Newly renovated, so everything is relatively new. Also, worth mentioning their SOAK brand shampoo and body wash. Staff were really helpful and nice. Great location, there is 7 eleven nearby and ATM right in front of the hotel. I feel safe when walking at midnight around the vicinity of the hotel. Rooms are small. No breakfast available since there’s no restaurant in the building.

I enjoyed the friendly service from all the staff; the newly renovated rooms were great and very clean. Great location in the Bangkok Sukhumvit region, central to all my needs. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, I will return! Nothing, everything was great.

We had a very nice modern room with a huge bathroom. The pool space is nice and cool. Perhaps a little generic or sterile, like a chain hotel

Location close to restaurants and clubs. Nice romantic pool. No restaurant.

Decent location to walk to Soi 11. Good sized room and clean. Friendly front desk personnel. Our problem began before our stay. We had a change in our plans and would arrive one day later than originally planned and paid for. Even though it was about a month away the hotel refused to refund that day. Seemed very unnecessary and did not leave me with a good feeling about the hotels customer service.
