A Boutique Gem in the Heart of Bangkok I’ve stayed at Miami Hotel at least ten times over the years, and I honestly look forward to every visit. It has become my home away from home whenever I’m in Bangkok. The hotel has a wonderful boutique feel with charming Wes Anderson-style vibes that give it so much personality. It’s one of those rare places that feels unique rather than generic. The location on Sukhumvit Soi 13 is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, yet surprisingly peaceful once you’re inside. You get all the convenience without the street noise. The rooms have everything I need: a cozy, comfortable bed, powerful air conditioning, strong and reliable Wi-Fi for work, plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower, and a lovely swimming pool that’s perfect after a day exploring the city. What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the staff. Their hospitality is exceptional, and they consistently go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable. A very special thank you to Rose and Khing, who always make me feel genuinely welcome. They are warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, always making sure I’m happy and comfortable throughout my stay. Their outstanding customer service and welcoming smiles are a big reason I keep coming back. If you’re looking for a character-filled boutique hotel in one of Bangkok’s best neighborhoods, I can’t recommend Miami Hotel highly enough. Here’s to many more stays!

There were bugs everywhere in the room. I got weird bites all over my legs after a few nights in the hotel room. The staff was very accommodating and helped me switched room, but there were still some bugs in the room.

The aesthetic of the hotel is really nice! Very instagrammable! Would stay again here and a convenience store next to it!

The area really wasn't great for a solo female traveler. I was often harassed by men as soon as I left the hotel and found I didn't want to walk anywhere. This was my fault not researching the area.

The location. 1. We could only get an extra key after staying in the room for 24 hours. No explanation as to why this was the case - even after we asked two separate front desk attendants - they refused to explain, very strange. 2. No towels were in the room when we checked in - had to ask two separate times to get towels. The towels came after being in the room 5 hours. 3. No AC in the common places - hallways, corridors and elevators are terribly hot. 3. The rooms are very bare bones.

Not so private bathroom. You see this in so many modern hotels. If you are traveling with someone that you wish you could have some private time in the bathroom, this may not be the place for you.

Great bed! Great shower! Great location for evening, restaurants, and accessing public transportation. Our room was very quiet. The front desk staff was very nice. Good blow dryer Can’t think of anything

The hotel i small but pretty. Can see efforts in decorations and is cute. Location is great as walking distance to BTS stations with 7-11 and lots of restaurants around. We stayed for 2 nights and the room is heavy with sewage smell. Unfortunately there is no spare room to change, so we have to put up with the smell the whole night. Managed to change the room next day and was a hassle as we have to run back to the hotel in mid day to do it. The staff are understanding and nice.
