They cleaned our room everyday and the hotel was really nice newly decorated modern and clean, breakfadt was good, they also offer free tuktuk to some nearby places

Perfect location and the hotel was clean and breakfast was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioner worked beautifully. We enjoyed the pool a few time. The fruit smoothies were so good! We will happily choose to stay here again. More than one person should have access to the luggage locker as the 45 mins it took to find that person was not on the property. It was very stressful being that delayed when we needed to get at the airport. I hope things have changed. Other than that, we LOVED our stay.

Staff was friendly and supportive throughout the stay. The place was clean and quiet. When I needed to film a few video shots in the restaurant, they were very accommodating and open to it. Access to the hotel can be a bit confusing — on two separate occasions, my Grab drivers dropped me off 650 meters away from the actual entrance.

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and very accommodating of my dietary restrictions. The location was very good. The room was comfortable. The rooftop was very nice, but the Wi-Fi wasn't very strong, so it was difficult to work. I wish the windows in the hotel room opened to allow for airflow. I believe painting was happening, so the fumes were quite strong.

So I loved this hotel. It had a Jim it had free breakfast. It had a pool on top with a bar. The rooms were always cleaned. There is a complementary shuttle tuk tuk but it doesn’t go that far. It is very quiet and nice. The restaurant is very good. There is nothing

The desk staff at this hotel are excellent. Friendly, positive and very helpful. The room was clean and modern. Hot water in shower was HOT HOT HOT and never ran out. Amenities in bathroom were lovely- hand soap/shampoo/conditioner smelled woodsy. A nice break from the normal rose type floral stuff one finds in Thai hotels. LIghting in the room was excellent- many different lights including a beside reading light and nightlight under the tables. Fitness room is set up well with 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, recumbent and upright stationary bikes, two multipurpose weight machines, free weights and yoga mats. AND fitness room is open 24/7. Free tuk-tuk transport to terminal 21/Asoke station every hour (without this service it's a 700+ meter walk to Sukhimvit main road.) Air con in the fitness room was set to 24C and could not be adjusted. The second unit near the free weights could not be turned on at all. This makes the room very hot if one is doing any kind of serious exercise. Our biggest dislike was breakfast. For decades we have eaten hotel breakfasts across Thailand from village guest houses to 5 star resorts. Sadly, this was the worst tasting food we've eaten anywhere in Thailand in recent memory. Yes there were many bread items, two kinds of juice, cooked oatmeal and cold cereal, but... the cooked food was just bland. The omelettes did not have any taste. The bacon was stiff overcooked strips. The salad bar had wilted greens. Cheese slices on the buffet were rubbery processed cheese food, not real cheddar. The garlic fried chicken tasted like the cook boiled the chicken then added oyster sauce at the end; nothing like garlic fried chicken should taste. The only dish which tasted decent was the tom ka gai. Although the staff, beds, fitness room and pool were great the breakfast was so bad we will not return.

Excellent location, spacious, clean rooms, large and comfortable bed, large bathroom and sensational shower. Excellent breakfast. The hotel provides a free tuk-tuk that takes you to the Terminal 21 mall - here is the metro station, but also the BTS station (suspended train). The swimming pool on the top floor offers an excellent view of Bangkok. I recommend this accommodation for those who want to feel very good in Bangkok.

Overall facilities were good. Walkable distance to sukhumvit road. Room with dim light, which was very straining to the eyes. Paid 100 bath for a broken glass.
