The area is quiet, the room a bit big . Well, the room was old, smells, and some places weren’t clean. For the staff is a bit hard to communicate and isn’t really helpful . Everywhere smells smoke.

The location was good but the room wasn't cleaned in all the time I was there (i.e. 13 nights). I had to ask for fresh towels, soap and toilet paper and I had to empty my own bins.

Great for a stopover to get some zzzzzz, 3min walk to the BTS, nightlife & restaurants within 4min walk, will stay again if in Bangkok for a night,

Great location 5 min to BTS Sky Train, Taxi, shopping, dining and entertainment. Comfortable, clean and big room with basic furniture. Great value for budget travellers. Strong free WiFi!!! One of the only hotel where the cable TV works with strong signal. I did not expect both as usually in those pkace there is bad WiFi and cable TV. Good and quiet air conditioning. All over quiet place. Very friendly staff with 24 hours service. No elevator for a 4 storey house. I am fit and had to struggle to go to the 3rd floor due to the heat. I would not recommend this place for travellers with foot or leg issues. Or ask for a room on the ground or first floor.

The receptionists spoke English. The place was filthy. Beg bugs. Filthy bathrooms, sheets, pillows. Loud noises in one room. Thin walls, could hear everything upstairs and outside the room.

The staff on day time so friendly. Maid is kind. But It should be more clean, the bathroom so bad smell. The staff on night not so good, as my room toilet have no light she ask me to wait until next morning and I paid 2 nights more with her, she act confused didn't want to accept because she doesn't want to change anything. I said I will not wake up on morning to pay. Then she need to accept the money. Actually I stay about 10 days or more.
