Avoid this hotel if customer service matters to you. My family's stay at Paradiso Hotel on Soi 10 in Bangkok ended with one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. From the moment we checked in, the staff seemed unwilling to accommodate even the most basic requests. We were repeatedly told that extra pillows and blankets were unavailable, despite what should be considered a routine guest request at any hotel. The hotel also charges extra for additional room key cards, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient for families traveling together. The check-out experience was the final straw. Although our departure time was 12:00 PM, the front desk called our room at 8:00 AM to confirm that we would be leaving. Then, beginning at 11:55 AM, we received four calls within six minutes demanding to know when we were checking out. Check-out time had not even arrived. At that moment we are just going to walk to the elevator. When I went downstairs to ask why we were being repeatedly contacted, the younger front desk employee responded with hostility instead of professionalism. He raised his voice, behaved aggressively toward both me and my wife, and treated us with a level of disrespect that no paying guest should have to tolerate. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, the staff appeared confrontational and uninterested in providing service. Unfortunately, this attitude was not limited to one employee. Of the staff members we interacted with, three front desk employees came across as unfriendly, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist guests. The only exception was the late-night manager, the guy with silver hair who was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. He was the only employee who demonstrated the kind of hospitality guests should expect. Frankly, he is the hotel's only shining star. There are many hotels in Bangkok that understand hospitality and know how to treat guests with respect.

Everything else

The location is great, near koreatown and soi Cowboy for travelers looking to explore Bangkok nightlife and food. The price was also fair for the rooms we got The hotel added multiple photos of a rooftop pool that is located at another, unrelated hotel on Google maps. This was misleading to me as I always check booking and Google reviews when deciding on hotels. It feels like deliberate misleading. Also, the included wifi was completely unusable.

I liked the location due to it being close to a BTS station and Terminal 21 shopping. The room was very large and spacious for the price point. The furniture was dated and the restroom did not feel clean as some broken/repaired shower tiles contained mold and the lights flickered. Water pressure and heat was very bad as it switched from hot to cold and could not find a sweet spot. The bed was very hard as well.

The location is excellent. It was difficult to get hot water in the shower.. The two days and nights I stayed here, I was only able to get hot water one time. Shower pressure was poor. The beds is very hard. I requested 1 extra pillow and was denied.

Super friendly staff, great location: laundry shop around the corner, close to a midsize mall that had good coffee and a gym. 100 meter from the stairs to the metro and the crossing to the street. Check in and check was quick and painless.

Close to Nana BTS, very big bathroom. No meal option

Property was in a excellent location, very close to Asok and Nana BTS stations in the middle of both! Was in a suite on level 7, the elevator only goes to level 6 so you have to walk upstairs to level 7. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was hard. Having to walk upstairs to level 7 to get to room.

The area's good, staff are cool. Very very small rooms, can't move inside, they look bigger in pictures. And i really hated that every time you want to bring someone over, they have to get their original id. Just imagine meeting someone on a night out, you'd have to make sure they have their ID on them lol
