They didn't give me any toiletries, no toothbrush and tooth paste. 1 Liter water per day. Food was not so good in the breakfast.

I did get the vibe of a hotel. The room is in 2 levels which was not to my liking.

Breakfast buffet is incredibly worthwhile in my opinion with an excellent rotation options. I also appreciate the halal considerations especially. Room is great, location is great. The 5 device limit restriction is a bit limiting in my opinion.

I love Ramada for the great views and my only complain is the price a bit too much ;)

The location is bit further than the main attraction, however there is 7/11 next door and some resutrants serving Thai food. There is a mall approx 10 mins walking .It is peaceful area . The rooftop bar and the resturant inside the hotel is a plus. The room wasnt fully clean when we checked in, there were what seemed like blood stains in the couch, and some stains in the walls, however as soon as i reported, the cleaning staff came and cleaned in front of us, however it would be great if the room was made ready before the arrival of the guests . The location if bit far from the main attractions and Bangkok Traffic could be worse but this has to be considered in the planning.

Location, rooms Never clean up the room, don’t replace the amenities, coffee, don’t clean dishes, don’t replace sheets and towels, the staff never fix it. I give 0 (zero stars) hotel no recommend from me

Housekeeping Having 2 floors in the room not convenient

The Roof Top This unusual "duplex" looks good on the pics but is essentially substandard, disappointing: - Ill-designed glass partition across the room 5 ft from the windows - Uneasy kitchenette squeezed in the entrance doorway - Tiny bathroom, the shower is ok, but the hot water comes from a wall-mounted electric heater (right in the shower !) - Mezzanine has just the bed and a cabinet, no toilet - The staircase is narrow and steep and has no handrail climbing up and down this substandard stairway is somewhat a challenge, notably at night.

No good lunch- dinner Restaurant. But there are plenty of good eateries in the close by shopping malls.

The room was oddly shaped and very uncomfortable. The internet was bad and the air conditioning wasn’t great either. I would not stay here again.

The pool is so noisy form the main road not really relax. And the pool is too small and have only few lounger when I been there don’t have place to sit or relax at the pool
