I hope you are well. I had a reservation at your property from February 15 to February 28. After completing my booking, I came across several recent reviews that made me concerned about whether the property would meet my expectations. As a result, I decided to arrange alternative accommodation and did not check in to my reservation. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. I understand the booking conditions; however, I kindly ask if you would consider a refund or partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, since the room was not used at all. Location. Bathroom front wash basin and articles. Reservation information says on offering breakfast. In fact no breakfast. Bunk bed height was not much space to sit in bed for internet serving, no bed and room lights. Aircon is OK, though. Male bathroom is dirty, under repair construction, no hot water but a fake electric hot water heater..not functional.

nothing they claim to have check in 24 hours but they don’t even respond messages and calls. I have wasted my money. dozens of calls and messages and no response. not even an apologize message afterward.

great location i like the area ive never stayed in such a dirty place in my life. it was cheap but will never come back

1. fleas in bed 2. broken crackling beds 3. AC malfunctioning with roommates waking up to switch it on and off (80% of roommates are sleepless at 1-3am due tov heat) 4. No curtain between dorm beds 5. Crowded space, narrow height for each bed 6. Hot shower not working Lots to be improved : ) thanks

The owner Lita was very friendly and helpful. Like a mother to everyone and made everyone feel welcomed and she kept good atmosphere at the hostel. Including a great Japanese show, would definitely go back again! Nothing really. Transport and everything was near, still not noisy.

The room could have been cleaned better, especially the floor and water pressure dropped often in bath facilities.
