The room was clean and comfortable and had a good breakfast buffet. very close to MRT Unfortunately, I found the handling of my check-in to be quite unprofessional. I arrived at the hotel carrying only USD and was not aware of nearby currency exchange options. After a long journey, I was quite tired and requested the reception staff to temporarily accept USD until I could exchange money later in the day (evening). However, my request was declined, and I was asked to exchange the currency before being allowed to check in. This was highly inconvenient, especially considering that I had a confirmed 5-day booking and sufficient USD that could have been reasonably accepted as a form of security until I completed the exchange. As a result, I had to walk for approximately 30–45 minutes in very hot weather to meet this requirement, which caused significant discomfort after my travel. I kindly suggest that your team adopt a more customer-oriented and flexible approach, particularly for international guests who may face similar situations upon arrival. Understanding a guest’s circumstances and offering reasonable solutions would greatly enhance the overall experience.

It was clean and had a good breakfast buffet. I found it odd that when I requested 2 pillows from a girl that was in the office beside the reception desk asked me for 100 baht for a second pillow! I paid it and she said we could keep it until we checked out!

Great location right by the BTS, the staff were all so amazing as well. The breakfast was phenomenal and so was the rooftop pool. Highly recommend Not as many restaurants nearby as we thought there was going to be

The staff was friendly and welcoming.The accommodation is near the train station. There's no curfew at the hotel. Breakfast was great ? Nothing

Location was a bit far from all of the activities and sights we wanted to see. We also had ants in our room the last 2 days of our stay. Some things inside the room were new (like the bathroom sink) while others were chipping and falling apart (shower). I would not choose to stay here again.

I think the shower gel it should have place it in the shower room hand it on the wall and the room have the coffee cup but it don't have the tea spoon.

The roof top pool, the rooms big and with balcony. Need more pool chairs and recliners and pool umbrella as. No shade, could make level 9 into a usable area and have sun beds there with nice pot plants,

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were basic but clean. The staff was very nice. The rooftop was cool. The bed was too firm for me. We also weren’t aware that most places didn’t accept cards, so be sure to carry plenty of cash in Bangkok or use Apple Pay or Google Wallet. I recommend downloading the Grab app for rides. There was also a very unsettling incident on our floor—a woman was screaming down the hallway around 3 a.m. It was frightening, and I reported it to the front desk. I didn’t go out to check because, honestly, I’ve seen too many horror movies to make that mistake. No thank you!
