Easy check in and out, Fantastic breakfast Very supportive receptionist, English speaking The lobby area is awesome Very nice night views The mattresses are a bit old and not so comfortable The bathing soap and the lotion is too little for a double room

I liked the location as it was walking distance to most of the shopping malls. Also the staff was helpful and room service was on point. The bed was comfortable and view was not bad too. Would be better if the cleanliness improved a little more. Bath tub was not cleaned well and we did not use it. Also the the room walls are not in good shape. Had a dirt marks on our bed sheets but got it changed with one call.

Breakfast should be better for the price. Floors need to be cleaned properly or replaced as it looks like there is lot of dirt if you walk barefoot.

Quite a large hotel reasonably conveniently placed within a 5 minute walk to the airport link. Quite busy but safe area, more Indian orientated than Western. Easy check in and out. Deposit on key but thats not unusual,

Nothing It was the worst experience I have ever had. The hotel has a lot of cockroaches & ants. When I called the reception to find a solution they took a lot of time to come & asked to pay for changing the room The staff are very rude when I was speaking to them they were closing the line. The smell is extremely bad. I have vedios of the ants but unfortunately I am not able to upload it here.

Very old and rude staff The bed wasn’t locked and moved when sat down The charges don’t match the condition of the hotel looks like came in 90’s era everything so old and dirty Everything was bad

Nothing really Old room. Cockroach inside. Safe was locked upon entering the room. No one answered “0” call to reception. Toilet did not have douche spray water.

U had requested twin bed but they gave double bed. Asked for some services tooo late.

Very simple and basic hotel. Breakfast is good. The rooms are not cleaned. And the towels are not changed. The shower and the floor are dirty. The toilet was cleaned for us only after we requested it on the third day
