Close to mall for food options. Air conditioning. Many windows. Daily refill of water bottles. In reality the apartment looks tired and rundown. The pictures look nicer than it really is. Minimal amenities for the kitchen. Was disappointed upon arrival as for the price I could have stayed at a better place. There were nights coming from outside workers nearby even near midnight.

Thanks for the employees working there,, they are kind and cooperative , especially the toktok for the nearest places

Location was in a quiet residential area. Was close by to Central Rama 3. Appreciated the free tuk tuk pick and drop to Bts station and places close by.

The room and furniture are noticeably worn. However, it is acceptable considering the affordable price. It is also a bit far from Bangkok city center. The location is quite secluded, which might make it tricky to find. My Bolt driver had trouble locating it when dropping me off. Another Bolt driver cancelled my booking after 20 min as he was lost on the way. Using the Grab app may be a better option for easier navigation.

The rooms come with an oven and rice cooker along with a kettle that makes your life loads better when you’re taking a day or two to rest and catch up. Our stay here was purely out of convenience—we had figured out the bus routes and it suited our short-term plans. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the man who manages the property in the evenings. He was consistently unpleasant and needlessly hostile, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for no clear reason. To make things worse, although they claim to offer a complimentary drop within 3 kilometers, our request on the last day was met with arrogance and bad attitude. He grudgingly agreed, then drove recklessly over the many speed bumps on the road, making the ride feel more like a punishment than a courtesy. Truly a disappointing end to our stay.

The Location is close to Central Rama 3 so that is about the only thing positive i can say unfortunately. The staff (not all) is very very rude and not even greeting you back when you say "hello". Also my gf got scolded by the lady at the office and when i asked what is going on she didnt even acknoledge my existence. (We had a friend staying and i paid extra for that but the next day she was screaming at my gf and her friend) as if there was something incorrect. Aside from the staff being unfriendly and rude, the room i got is nothing like in the advertised pictures and the curtains are all stained. Also we didnt receive any dental kits and our room was only cleaned once in a 7 day stay. Theres more but one thing is for sure i will never return here.

Very inexpensive suite with daily cleaning. Located directly adjacent to a GREAT shopping mall with tons of food That same mall has noise early and late. The hosts would not stop opening our windows when cleaning and let several mosquitoes in.

Was clean and drinking water every day. Noisy and very basic

Quiet area, basic but fairly big room. The hotel is a bit far from the city and is not interesting in itself (but quiet and safe!). The direction instructions in the app and on Google Maps are not good, since the show that you can walk through the Rama 3 shopping mall, which you cannot! You need to find a way into the streets behind the shopping mall, otherwise you will have to make a big detour from the shopping mall.

The staff were nice. Location. Far away from the City. The toilet was unclean and smelly.

Early check-in was really nice. Not as clean as it should have been.

Good hotel for short time.
