location, facilities, breakfast The room was so small, no space to move or keep my luggage, no closet, had to keep all my clothes in my luggage. also i paid a lot of money because it was the New Year celebration. I was so disappointed with the room size

location is good, near to Icon Siam, rooms are comfortable and bedding and linens are clean. enough water is being placed in room. can do better with breakfast spread, have a proper coffe machine would be good. Room toilets don't come with hand soap, wet bath should come with a holder to place other soaps or face wash

Excellent location within easy walking distance to many attractions, including ICONSIAM. The shared living space felt like a family room and was well stocked with water, a great coffee machine, and convenient laundry with modern machines. The fitness gym was clean, well equipped, and a nice bonus. Nothing. Perfect for us.

Cool, colourful, modern, perfect for young people and digital nomads. Really friendly and helpful staff. Loads of different places to work in the building The extractor fan in the bathroom was very loud and couldn’t find a switch to turn it off.

The location is fantastic, pretty near Iconsiam, also the rooms are very clean and pretty. I liked everything. Hopefully in the future the canteen/ restaurant opens.

The location was perfect to IKON SIAM and to catch the river ferry to the tourist spots. The Staff were fantastic from the front desk staff to the security to the housekeepers. They are the asset of this property. The breakfast was ravaged by early risers and no replenished so there was no breakfast. The coffee was very average and I went outside to get coffee instead. There are a number of coffee shops nearby although some were closed early???? I hate it when properties show pictures of several rooms in promo pics on booking.com and I always get the small pokey one.

Simple free breakfast but fresh and well prepared to use. Cheap material for room but clean and really good for what you pay. Staff super helpful. Walking distance to iconsiam. First day the lady told me don’t worry as you requested we put you in a quiet room. And it wasn’t quiet at all…..But second night I asked for room change and staff did their best to change a room for me. Second night and third night was perfect.
