Every stay has been perfect. Great location near shopping and BTS. Hot water, good breakfast. Amazing staff and earplugs for the noise complainers with sensitive ears.

The location was perfect to get a hotel directly on Sukhumvit for less than 1,000 baht per night it's not easy to do. That's what I got with this hotel. Flat screen TV very fast Wi-Fi refrigerator coffee kettle good air conditioning. daily water and coffee and room cleaning. And a big bonus to me anyway beautiful rooftop pool. Can't really think of anything

Clean room AND overall facility, VERY Friendly Staff, including but not limited to, Front Desk, Maids (extra good and thorough cleaning), Restaurant Staff.... Great, clean, inexpensive clothes washing/drying facilities! Air Conditioning in the room was below par! The temperature controls have been upgraded BUT the temperature indicator ONLY SHOWS the "SET POINT" which was 21 degrees C (it does NOT display the ACTUAL TEMPERATURE in the room, which I "estimate" was 26-30 Degrees C) my entire stay. THE ROOM WAS WARM AND STUFFY many days (cooled down a night). They sent maintenance to check the air conditioning, but very little improvement. Next time I will bring a portable Room Thermometer to show how warm the room actually is (before and after maintenance).
