The room soundproof needs improvement : I can hear next-door conversation ; I stayed at 6/F facing the Sukhumvit, and it was noisy outside at night. Tiny rectangular lift is good for 3 people in a series.

The room was really small, almost no space for luggage, no desk. It's a hotel just to sleep in. The gym and pool are available in a hotel across the road via a purchaseable voucher; the gym is very basic.

Although the reception staff were not very friendly, the housekeeping team and security guards were very warm and attentive.

It's small & compact but not too small. I really like the size in the sense of intention to utilize small space but equip with almost everything for the room. Hotel can minimize space and offer reasonable low price. I could also park my car in the opposite S31 hotel building, same chain, more luxury. Then no issue of less parking lot like other budget hotel. sometime in the night and morning, had more noices... seem like less respectfulness than usual hotel, but not that big issue

Very clean. Pleasant staff. Excellent location. Fair price/quality rate. They neglect to mention that the room is located on B1 floor, so there's no window. But I chose the chippest room and the habbit of skipping information about no window is common in Thailand hotels, so I was not really dosappointed.
