Location, good breakfast The room could use some better lighting. It's a bit dark.

I was nervous about being so close to the BTS but I didnt hear it once in the room. Very comfortable and it felt like a oasis in the heart of the city. Elevator was a bit inconsistent with whether you needed to scan your card to operate it.

Excellent location. Very near to Asoka BTS station and metro station. Terminal 21 mall in walkable distance. Seven eleven nearby. Room with dim light, which was very stressful to the eyes

Staff were very friendly. When we asked for an extra hour to check out, they were happy to help. handy location The flushing of the toilet was not strong at all and had to be flushed several times. when we mentioned that it might need servicing they advised that it was the water pressure and you had to just keep flushing! The photos looked very new but it is a bit tired. For the price I thought we were getter a super great deal but it makes sense now that it's not super expensive.

some equipment needs to fix such as faucet sink. also, during showers water wasn't flow well, water flow over almost out to the door. If would be better if they can fix it.

Staff service very good, room condition is maintain well. Some of the sanitary ware is time to have a upgrade. But overall still in good condition.
