Great location, fab pool

Amazing location, delicious breakfast Had an AC issue with my first room

I liked the location the most, the price was right, the beds were huge and comfortable, and I liked the staff. They were kind and helpful and you can't ask for a better location. Rooms were nice and quiet. The rooms need updated, there are not enough outlets, the lighting was overall poor, and I had to unplug something to plug in the one lamp. Tried to get the TV to work properly but didn't have any luck, seemed to be a WiFi issue or something, but I don't watch it usually anyway.

When I booked the room through Booking.com it took a while for confirmation, so I thought it didn't go through. I went through the process again and the first one appeared. This was in less than 10 minute span. I immediately called the hotel to tell them I accidentally booked 2 rooms and would like to cancel one of them. They refused to cancel. I could understand if this had been done weeks before, but it was less than 10 minutes when I called them. They should have made an exception in this case. This is completely unacceptable and totally not customer friendly. It's robbery in my opinion. Because of this, it doesn't matter if the hotel itself was good or not. That was like a slap in the face, or a spit in the face.

Some parts of the room looked old or damaged. Walls and ceilings had either water damage or construction damage

Went to Bangkok for our honeymoon, stayed here for four nights - had an absolute blast of a time. The hotel i splaced at a fantastic location, right opposite Emsphere mall, equidistant from Phrom Pong and Asok BTS stations. The reception was very helpful getting us a late checkout, as well as answering all our mundane questions. The view from our room was magnificient - we went there Songkran time, and we had a distant view of the S20 Music Festival lights, and it was genuinely magical. The lobby on the eight floor, has a swimming pool and smoking area attached. Very convenient. Room service was prompt, extremely dilligent, and thorough. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The Panoramic room is amazng, and you can't ask for better staff.

Location is good The room furniture is very old

You can see by the picture this is an extremely large bed, the largest I've ever seen. It was comfortable and the pillows were good too. The hotel is elegant and location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Automatic toilet was very nice. Fitness center was small but had an excellent selection of weights, especially dumbbells, which was important to me. The lighting in this room was not great, the desk only had one outlet yet it had a lamp and an alarm clock on it, meaning one had to be unplugged at all times. It needed better lighting in the room for sure. Bathroom was small and in order to shower you had to step up and over into the bathtub, so that might be an issue if that is a problem.

Excellent location. Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Room service food was delicious. Bath was great. Although described as jacuzzi bath which it is not. Loved high floor room with great views. The WiFi was so bad. Intermittent and the IT had to come to the room. The next day again issues. Big problem for me. Not many plugs in the room! This must change. Shelf above luggage storage so I can’t fully open my case when it’s on there - little bit silly. Light switches all behind bed couldn’t find them. Room is a little old fashioned and dull. Reception is on 8th floor and not lobby which is odd. Air conditioner is so so loud. They said they are planning on upgrading their system. It gave me a headache.

The staff is great, breakfast is very good and the location is great. We really enjoyed everything here!

Centrally located in the Sukhumvit district and easy to get around the shopping and entertainment nearby. The breakfast is excellent with many choices. Room is clean and spacious. Nice and high quality shower room and toilet. The location of the bathroom sink is awkward. The room is spacious but one needs to "squeeze" from between one end of the bed and the TV stand to get to the window. It could be more sound proof as the loud music from the street disturbs sleeping even on weekdays.

One of the best breakfast. So many meal preferences and they were fresh and tasting good. I didn't like the room setup, especially had difficulty placing my cloths. The space for clothing need a revision. Unnecessary size of bathroom but literally useless wardrobe. Need more space for cloths for sure. The gym was 5/10. Some of the machines were broken. So it wasn't enough equipment for a full body.

Swimming pool available til 10pm. Good breakfast with variety of options Thai and western, supper fresh fruits. Kitchen with microwave available. Amenities available and good enough to use. Nice view. Not convenient moving between the bed and TV hanging on the wall (too narrow even we aren’t big). No windows no balcony. Weird design of wardrobe and the sink. Not clean enough, tea and coffee not refill. AC not cold, super noisy (no way to make it silent).

Excellent location, very spacious room with good amenities, staffs are very friendly and provided excellent service. We loved everything about this hotel.
