Great customer service and room look just like photos very accurate.

Everything else. It was disgusting and full of safety hazards. Broken floors, dirty mattresses, mold on the walls.. Stay far away. I now understand why they have a no refund policy. This is unacceptable especially for the executive suite room, or any room for that matter.

Only issue was a leak in our shower or something, so our bathroom was constantly flooded a little. We probs just got unlucky with that 1 room though

The location was ideal and the staff were very friendly . It’s close to the BTS and two malls and a lot of restaurants and food options. The amount of mold in the bathroom, small bugs, the only window being unable to close. The water after showering getting all over the floor, the broken appliances such as the bathroom sink ( which had a bucket under the hose). The cracked toilet seats that look like someone boiled it. The mold again is everywhere from the shower to the sink to the toilet. During my stay the hose from the toilet was already rusted and the pipe exploded.
