Big room with a lot of space. Fridge and bottled water. Location is good, close to multiple shopping malls, a metro station, and parks. The room has extensive water damage, causing mold and unpleasant odors to be present in the room. Stuff didn't want to unlock the balcony to ventilate a room. The ceiling parts in the bathroom were almost falling off due to water damage. Water had a rusty smell. AC when on is blowing directly in your head, without a chance to change air direction. We paid for breakfast and went only once, as it was not looking sanitary or clean enough to eat there.

The location is perfect. Easy access to mrt. Too many ants. Seems like they moved in before we does. And hot shower is not functioning. Hot water keep coming out for 1 - 2 mins and turn to water for 1 - 2 mins. This keep repeating forever. The towel are not clean also.

Very clean, spacious and updated hotel in a safe location near the subway. Nothing immediately noteworthy or interesting right near the hotel, but within a 10 minute walk things start getting more fun and exciting.

The location is outstanding for this hotel. Close to the MRT and two reasonable shopping centres. The rooms are always clean and the facilties very reasonable at the price. Not the hotel's fault but during my stay there was a noisy group next door to me.

Room was a bit worn off and being at the corner, traffic noise was distracting at times.

The room has very poor soundproofing. I could hear the neighbors opening and closing doors, water running from upstairs. On the first night, I could barely sleep because of the noise.

The room was big, clean, and comfortable, with strong water pressure. It’s also conveniently located near the mall and MRT station. The service was also very good. The staff forgot to refill the shower gel after it was used up, but that was just a minor inconvenience. Since the hotel is located in the middle of the city, it may not be the best choice for people who need *ABSOLUTE* silence when sleeping (still quiet enough for a general light sleeper like me.)

I stayed here for one night, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Upon check-in, I asked if someone could help with my two large suitcases, but was told (quite rudely) that they had no bellboy and I should carry them myself. One of the towels provided was very dirty and stained, which was disappointing. To top it off, the fire alarm went off for over 30 minutes during the night. Quite pricey for the quality and service I experienced.
