Everything. The staff, the room and the massage was the best massage I think either my husband or I have ever had.

Location is excellent The pool was u set renovation. As a matter of courtesy the hotel should inform before booking. That was a shame as we found out after arrival and wasted a lot of time travelling to other offsite pools

We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday & everyone was very friendly and helpful, from checking in to the very nice and tasty birthday treats in our room. Great lounge service. Excellent service at Maison Mizuki restaurant. “Happy Birthday message on the bed” & turn down service from housekeeping was a nice touch. Overall great hospitality & friendly service from everyone at this excellent establishment. Thank you so much! Will definitely return ? A couple of breakfast buffet items were cold & looked dried out. But overall very good.

Booking . com rates were a lot higher than if i booked directly with the property and would have even got breakfast included and still cheaper. Will never use Booking. com again . A TOTAL RIP OFF

The luxury club room was excellent. Loved the bed,bath tub and Karl L lotions.Most staff were excellent and friendly. Club room layout and drinks were excellent. I was a little disappointed with quality of the croissants,pain au chocolates and coffee. Need more staff in the Club lounge.

The rooftop restaurant is excellent, both for the view and the quality of the food. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Everything about the stay felt smooth, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Overall, this is a real five-star hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended. Nothing

The suite main room was nice and spacious This was supposed to be a suite with 2 rooms but it turned out it was two totally separate rooms without shared living room space! It should be clearly explained and not sold as a suite with 2 bedrooms.

Clearness 1) I paid by Debt card for 6 nights as planned, then reservation rep. said no no you need to cancel that transaction and only pay by credit card. front desk manager said releasing money from 1 hr to 24 hr while my bank told me later that it will take 10 - 14 day) . 2- I paid for 2 nights by credit card until releasing blocked money. When I tried to check out after 2 nights, front desk said you still have more nights. I told her I paid for 2 nights. She said , The modification can done only through booking as I booked through booking app. As I had important appointment I told her , I will pay for one more night until I can shorten it through booking. Next day when I checked out , front desk told me that rate of room got changed and I need to pay the difference . Now This the story, my first question why front desk said I only can modify the reservation through booking only ?? While later she did it by her self and let me pay for one more night ?. My second question if I pay again for 6 nights by credit card and money not released within 1 hr- 24 hr as front desk manager said and I had trouble in my budget then front desk manager will by happy or simply they don’t care.
