Larger room than most Staff aren't very communicative, and distance is far from major transportation

I’d come back again . It was perfect for what I simply needed to transition into Bangkok & be near an event I was attending for 2 nights there

Spacious room. Surrounding area was walkable to 7/11, laundromat, local restaurants, massage place and a mall. AC worked fabulously. Was able to check in late and check out early. Quiet neighborhood. Tea kettle and fridge in the room. I would only stay here again if I was flying out of the BKK airport. It’s pretty far from the city center, minimum 45 minutes via grab.

The staff were friendly . The toilet was broken ! The shower leaked every where !

The check-in was pretty easy, no issues. I even had a package delivered with no issues. Room is basic and everything was solid. I don’t think the room was serviced over the span of the 3 nights I was there, however wasn’t a big deal.

The bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. I lost money because I only stayed one night. I couldn’t do it.

A Big thanks to the Very helpful front desk people , they kept on top of everything & booked a taxi to pattaya for me on day I checked out . house keeper is top notch , she turned over room with no fuss did a great job & left 2 bottles of water in my room every Day . Nothing . Everything was great

The room I had was small. Functional but nothing fancy. Just Okay room The bathroom. The door came off when my father closed the door ?
