The hotel is very accessible and very accommodating staff.

In the morning, when it was time to clean, I turned to the lady and respectfully said no. When I opened my door, she made sure to add to more drinking waters for me to drink. I just felt the elevator was too small. I was on the third floor but I was scared I’d get stuck.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. In particular, Mr. Tuk was exceptionally helpful and kind, always willing to assist with any requests and making sure that everything was taken care of. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and inviting and I would gladly recommend it to others looking for a convenient place to stay. Expanding the menu to include halal food in breakfast & lunch menu would help the hotel cater to a more diverse range of international visitors. I believe this small addition would be greatly appreciated by many guests and would further strengthen the hotel's reputation.

The location is excellent - within easy walking distance to several markets, shopping malls, and plenty of local food options. They should consider changing the breakfast buffet menu more often; I stayed for two days and the selection was exactly the same both mornings. It would also be better if the buffet was refilled more frequently, as some items ran out quickly.

The hotel itself is not good. Like the balcony door was break was not closing. Got problem with the main door

When I booked from booking.com,I saw they writing include breakfast.But after finishing payment,I dont see breakfast options in the Booking ticket. When I arrived hotel and I go to breakfast buffet,they didnt allow and told us your rooms are not included. And also the old bald guy in the Reception gave us worst service.Other staffs are acceptable.
