A beautiful hotel with an exceptional staff! Luxury at a good price. The staff was friendly, caring, and professional. First of all, it is a beautiful hotel with an exceptional staff that is well trained. If we go back we will be staying there.

Fine dining Aging building and inability to deliver breakfast meals as ordered on more than one occasion. Confusion on check out for explanation of charges. Delayed my departure by losing my luggage as my limo waited.

Comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms. Great pool and reasonably priced poolside drinks. Fantastic breakfast. It's a bit of a walk down a busy highway to the nearest overpass connecting to a mall.

Everything was superb, especially the breakfast, the staff, the quiet comfortable room. Everything was exceptional. There was nothing to not like. The pool area was also wonderful as was the exercise room.

The decor was beautiful and the staff. The buffet breakfast was quite expensive to have hard as rock waffles and cold French toast. The booking of the room noted that the room would have a hot tub but this was not so. I was truly disappointed as this was the reason I reserved the room. The pool area was over run with children. They were adorable but we just wanted some adult time relaxing in the pool.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. There were many food options from different cultures to choose in the buffet. The hand made juice, custom yogurt, and Japanese breakfast were my favorites. My stay was very relax. The room was very clean, on the way to my room, there was a relaxing jasmine smell on the hallway which I really like. I also loved bathtub in the bathroom, it was very clean and big and made me enjoy my bathing a lot. I don't anything I dislike. The only thing I felt pity was that I couldn't book any appointment for Thai style massage because it was all fully booked up. I would suggest anyone who wants to have massage there to book it early.
