They don't provide basic facilities like a soap, shampoo or papel towel in the bathrooms, and they look old, there was a lot of mess all over the hostel.

#1 very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. Especially Bon, he assisted me when I had a problem. #2 location! Perfectfly situated in area that is 3-5 minute walk to the Pratunam area and Platinum. About 8-min walk to Big C or Central World. Everything is perfect.

The staffs are very helpful and approachable. Always smiling and greets you, when you ask them something they really trive to get it or answer you. Really value for money if your looking for a place to stay the night. The bed is not too soft and the pillow and blanket has stains and The kitchen ceiling needs repair also.

They charge me in my parking 30 Bath per hours, its very expensive I suggest don't go here if you have car, and the facility not clean, not organized

The staff there very friendly and give me much information about Bangkok and Thailand ... Pleasantly to stay there... There are two sink on the floor that I stay but one is not functioning... Bathroom and toilet overall clean enough and ok....

Shower was gross, not clean, no hot water. Mattress was stiff and very uncomfortable.

Great location. Social area and reception area is full with luggage and shoes everywhere. The place needs some paint jobs and things fixed. Some doors are ugly and you see the dirtieness on them. The showers have black fungus on the walls. The dorm room I was in smelled bad.
