I enjoyed the room set up and ammendities I wasnt a fan of how steep the stairs were. I tripped a couple of times going up and down

Very cozy place to stay with a truly timeless design. Bedroom temperature is good and very quiet at night. The place is perfect, but Bangkok was raining a lot during my stay. I get to spend more time resting in the common area.

The cleanliness and Helpful Staff are the best. The Mixed Dorm has great 3.5ft beds, which are more comfortable than those of the other hostels. They nicely helped me print out the documents for my application late at night. Nothing I can say

I really enjoyed my stay at The Companion — it felt more like a peaceful, private retreat than a typical hostel. The entire property is beautifully designed and well maintained. For a shared environment, it was incredibly quiet and serene. I didn’t see any other guests throughout my entire stay, which made it feel unusually calm and restful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shared kitchen was clean and well-equipped, with a fridge that had cold bottled water — a thoughtful touch. The freezer wasn’t even in use, so there was plenty of extra space available if needed. I did hear some noise once during my first night, which let me know there were other guests, but I never heard anything after that and never saw anyone else. The location is great — there’s an incredibly affordable fruit market just a short walk away that I highly recommend. The only other minor issue was that the microwave in the kitchen stopped working on my last day, even though it had been working fine before. Overall, it was a really lovely stay. Despite a few small issues, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. On checkout day, the cleaners were speaking very loudly while cleaning nearby rooms. My one complaint is that they should be more mindful of their volume — some guests might still be asleep, especially if they're checking out at noon. Another area for improvement is WhatsApp communication. Messages weren’t answered promptly, which can be inconvenient when you need assistance. I needed to store my bags after checkout, and it took some effort to get a response. Eventually, someone came after I called and kindly allowed me to keep my bags until about 5:45 PM, which I really appreciated

I’d like to give a big shoutout to the wonderful staff. Although they didn’t speak English, they were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. When I was checking in, I noticed one of the staff members with a bunch of fresh lychees. Curious, I asked her where she got them from, but she simply shook her head—so I assumed she either didn’t understand or didn’t want to share, and I let it go. To my surprise, when I returned to my room later that evening, I found a bag of fresh lychees hanging on my door. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made my day. Aside from this sweet experience, the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The care and generosity of the staff really stood out and added a special touch to my stay. This is actually my second time here in The Companion. At first I thought this place wont give what we expect but everything went so so so well! We took 3 rooms. Bunk beds are really really comfortable with own sockets, air conditioners function well! owners are very sensitive to our needs. 101% that is how i will rate it! We were on the 4th floor so lots of stairs. No elevators. Got plenty of exercise though! Each bunk had its own light but not all of them worked.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, immediately making us feel welcome. She was incredibly accommodating, answering all our questions and offering help whenever we need. The hotel itself was spotless. The common areas were impeccably clean, and our room was no exception. It was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the modern amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the standout features of the hotel was its game room. Me and my friends were able to play PS3 and had a great time. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness, helpful staff, and top-notch facilities made for a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hostel is really conveniently located. The BTS is so close. There is a grocery store, 7-11, and a TOPS Daily very close by. There is a laundromat as well. There are coffee shops too. The hostel is clean. The hostel is not loud. There are bugs you have to watch out for. Do not leave food out, even closed. The bugs will find a way to get inside.
