The TV worked very well, bed was really big. Nice part of town. It is difficult if you have a heavy suitcase getting to the room. If you take the wrong exit from the MRT it isnt so simple getting there. Taxi is best.

The receptionist was not polite. She lacks a service mind. It was very disappointing that their hotel doesn't have an elevator so my friends and I have to carry our luggage all the way to the fourth floor by the stair.
