Car Parking used by other non hotel customers. I can't find parking. Very scary area. There was a smell of sewage. This caused breathing difficulties for the children, making the situation unbearable for them. I asked the staff to cancel the booking and return my documents because the apartments were in poor condition and unclean, and—crucially—they were located in different, non-adjacent areas; I needed to be close to the children to care for them properly. However, they insisted on proceeding with the booking and refused to acknowledge these humanitarian reasons or the children's need for care. I requested to review the security camera footage to verify the situation. I was extremely exhausted that day and could not find a suitable hotel to stay in. I request a full refund and urge you to stop marketing properties that fail to meet hotel standards and violate accommodation regulations.

The location was good — close to the airport. My flight was at 5 a.m., so I had to leave early, and I specifically chose this hotel because of its proximity. I stayed at The Home Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I arrived a little early, before the 2 p.m. check-in time, and simply wanted to leave my luggage. However, as soon as I approached the front desk, the staff member immediately said, “Check-in is at 2 p.m.” without even listening to what I was trying to ask. A little patience and communication would have made a big difference. I was given a room on the 6th floor. At first glance the room seemed clean, but the bathroom was extremely small and had a constant urine smell that never disappeared, day or night. There were also no basic amenities— no fan, no toothbrush, no soap, no tissues—so make sure to bring those items with you. The internet was super slow. The hallway on that floor was very dark, and someone in a nearby room was smoking. The smell easily spread into my room, which was very unpleasant. The worst part of my stay happened on the first night: I woke up to find large cockroaches crawling in my bed. I jumped up immediately and killed one. The next morning, I asked housekeeping to please change my sheets. The towels provided were dark-colored and extremely old, which didn’t feel clean or comfortable. The only positive thing was the bed—I actually like firm beds. The location was also convenient, close to the airport, which is why I chose this hotel. But overall, the stay was a nightmare for me. Because of the cleanliness issues, smells, lack of amenities, smoking, and insects, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

All in alll the room was good value for money. The staff were friendly and the hotel was linked to a 7-11 that was open 24/7. There was also a vending machine downstairs. The room also came with a small balcony and Wifi was available, though not stable. There was mold everywhere, from the ceilings to the bathroom sink. As soon as I walked into the room, the strong smell would hit me. At first, it was an unpleasant, humid smell, and later I realised it was the mold that covered several areas of the room. The bed was also quite hard to sleep on. The location of the hotel itself was not as convennient as I thought. Walking ot the nearest Metro station was about 10 minutes and without safe pedestrian crossings. Nevertheless, the area was relatively safe and is still easy to get around with Grab motorbikes or taxis.

One thing I really liked about the property was how thoughtfully everything was arranged. The layout made the space feel open and inviting, and the little touches like the cozy lighting and well placed amenities which made it feel even more welcoming.
