The Park Nine Hotel Suvarnabhumi

Too loud with vehicle noises, not sure how anyone sleeps through the night. When i complained to the front desk, they said they will look into it. Nothing was done.

The facility is basic

Rooms are correct. The hotel was decent overall, but I don't think it offers good value for money, especially if you're travelling as a family or group of four and need two rooms. For a similar price, I stayed at a much nicer hotel in central Bangkok. The beds were firmer than I expected, with spring mattresses and very little cushioning, which made them less comfortable. Soundproofing could also be improved, as traffic noise from the nearby road, particularly motorbikes, was noticeable throughout the night. The check in process was also disappointing. Although the hotel had already taken a copy of our passports, we were still asked to complete a handwritten form with information they already had, along with additional personal details that did not seem necessary. It felt outdated and raised unnecessary privacy concerns.

Close to airport and with regular free shuttle bus. Great fitness centre and pool. Really good breakfast

Free airport shuttle was amazing. Extremely reliable and friendly driver. Very handy for an eleven-hour layover during flights. Hotel had everything we could ask for, nice cafe and restaurant for a quick meal, friendly staff and great facilities. It was an amazing experience.

If you have a long transit in Bangkok and want a hotel for 1 night, this is the perfect hotel for you, and I know what l’m saying. The hotel itself is very nice, quite & cozy, the staff are very friendly & helpful, the breakfast is great with various options and the location is a huge plus, just 12-14 minutes to the airport with free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and the opposite, also there’s a lot of shopping centers, supermarkets and coffee shops within walking distance from the hotel

The space was beautiful. The lounge was a great place to sit and relax, and the restaurant was also very comfortable for breakfast The room would not get quite cool enough for us.

I had stayed at this hotel before I flew on my holiday so I knew already how good it was. It is located fairly near the Airport-a 15 minute shuttle ride -and the check in was very welcoming and efficient. The room was large, well furnished and the Bathroom was very large and clean. The bed was also large and very comfortable. The portering was very good- a guy named Peter gave me great assistance in every way and should be recognised. The breakfast was good-plenty of choice. My only note on that was that I ordered Fried eggs and Bacon-but they cooked the eggs and then the bacon which by the time it was cooked the eggs were cool. A minor thing but maybe it will help in the future. I would definately stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Only the egg situation in the dining room

You are close to the airport - but still feel like being at an oase. Especially the pool area is created and maintained very well

This hotel was a lovely surprise and far exceeded our expectations. It was a welcome haven for our 24-hour stopover. We booked an executive double room, which was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was among the best we've had anywhere. Just a few kilometres from the airport, the location isn't anything special but if you just want to chill in peaceful surroundings, this is fantastic value.

Location is great for the airport. Beds were comfy. Rooms were big and clean. Everything worked. Aircon worked great ? Lots of street dogs in an abandoned lot next door. Barking and fighting late into the night. Other than that, it was great!

Very friendly staff all over the hotel. Staff at the restaurant and at breakfast went beyond their duty to make us gluten and dairy free food which we are very thankful for. Shuttle to and from the airport was very good. Rooms and bathrooms were decent sized and clean. The rooms had a small balcony as well. We had a room that had a quick access from the hotel lobby. The hotel provided us with connecting rooms which was great. Pool was big and had an outdoor jacuzzi as well. Sauna was not working when we were there. The area has lots of restaurants, shopping and supermarket within a 5 minute walk which was helpful. Can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Nice place to stop by airport. Shuttle was good. Shuttle instructions were changed and I struggled to find them.
